Everything with Appstle Loyalty Program Rewards has been great. The app has a ton of features and gives us everything we need to run a loyalty program that keeps customers engaged and coming back. The only downside is that the setup can be a little confusing at first. Some settings are managed in different places, so it can take a bit of time to figure out where everything lives. That said, it's a small issue compared to everything the app offers. What really sets Appstle apart is their support team. They are absolute superheroes. Every time we've had a question or needed help, they've responded incredibly fast and gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed. If you're considering a loyalty program for your Shopify store, I highly recommend Appstle. Great app, great features, and an amazing support team that truly takes care of you.

My experience with your customer service has been extremely disappointing. Yesterday, our customer loyalty points stopped redeeming through our POS system. I spent approximately two hours on live chat trying to resolve the issue, but instead of investigating the problem, I was repeatedly given explanations of how the points program is supposed to work. Throughout the conversation, support continued sending emails to the wrong email address. When I asked to have the administrator email updated, I was told this was not possible. However, when I contacted support again this morning, the email was updated without any issue, which was frustrating after being told it couldn't be done the previous day. I then spent another three hours trying to have the actual issue addressed. I repeatedly explained that no point redemptions were appearing on our POS, even though the program had been working properly for over six months. No changes had been made to our settings or configuration in months, so there was no possibility that the issue was caused by something we had accidentally changed. I provided customer names, screenshots, and photos to demonstrate the problem. Despite this, I continued to receive scripted responses explaining how the program works rather than anyone acknowledging or investigating the issue I was reporting. I had to ask at least ten times for the matter to be escalated before it was finally sent to the appropriate team. After the issue was finally escalated, I was advised that it could take up to 48 hours to resolve. This means our customer loyalty program will be unavailable for more than three days, directly affecting our ability to serve customers and deliver the rewards program we offer. The most frustrating part of this experience was not the technical issue itself, but the amount of time spent trying to convince support that there actually was a problem. I expected troubleshooting and investigation, not repeated explanations of how the system is intended to function. One additional concern was that I was asked to provide sensitive information, including PINs, and to grant full account permissions during troubleshooting. In my view, these requests conflicted with Shopify's security best practices. I have reported this separately because I believe other merchants should be aware and support processes should prioritize customer security. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Businesses rely on your platform every day, and when issues arise, timely escalation, effective support, and secure support practices are essential.

Been using Appstle for a while and it gets the job done but honestly their support is their top feature! They're super quick, not "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days" quick. And they've got a solid library of how-to and FAQ articles that'll answer most of what you're wondering about. But if you're still stuck, they'll walk you through it, no problem. They've literally screen recorded step-by-step instructions for me before. The app itself is easy to get around and make your own too. Great people, great product.

We run both Appstle Subscriptions and Appstle Loyalty and chose the loyalty app specifically because we expected the two apps from the same vendor to work seamlessly together. For a replenishment business, that assumption did not hold on the most important use case: subscribers cannot redeem their points against their subscription orders in any automated way. What actually works today: after redeeming points, the customer has to copy the discount code, open the subscription portal, add the reward product as a one-time add-on and apply the code manually. It functions, but it is a workaround — not the native integration the shared branding suggests. Redeeming into a separate one-off order instead means paying shipping, which punishes exactly your most loyal customers. We raised this several times over months. First we were told it was a hard Shopify limitation; later support confirmed the manual portal path works, which shows the building blocks exist — an automatic "apply to next subscription order" option at redemption has simply not been built. There is also no API or webhook path to automate it yourself; we asked. To be fair: support responds quickly, the loyalty features themselves (earn rules, VIP tiers, referrals, widget) work reliably, and pricing is fair for what each app does on its own. If you only sell one-time purchases, this is a solid loyalty app. But if subscriptions are the core of your business and you expect points redemption to work on recurring orders, know before installing that this requires a manual customer-side workaround. We would happily update this review once a native redemption option for subscription orders ships — it is the one missing piece.

**Excellent support while setting up the app** I am still in the process of configuring Appstle Loyalty for my Shopify store, currently using the free version to make sure the app fits our workflow before launching. So far, I have been very impressed with the support team. I had several detailed questions about customer enrollment, Shopify customer accounts, translations for English and Spanish, and how point redemption works with dynamic discounts. The support team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the correct way to configure the program. What stood out the most was that they did not just answer my questions — they also noticed a setting that could have affected my setup and proactively pointed it out. They also offered to remove the Appstle branding from the loyalty widget as a complimentary gesture, which was a nice touch for a small family business like ours. I am still finalizing the loyalty program rules before launch, but based on the setup experience and the quality of support so far, I feel confident moving forward with Appstle Loyalty and plan to upgrade once we are ready to launch.

Just starting out now, but the support team is AMAZING. Most apps have no customer support for setup, or even after you've set up, reaching support is a nightmare nowadays. I got a real human on the other end with Appstle, and the support engineer walked me through the whole process, helping me set up the program exactly as I'd envisioned it. This app does everything I was hoping for and more! They are as far as I know the only app out there that offers redeem rewards at checkout as part of their free plan. Most other apps only offer this as part of their premium plans and even then, only to shopify plus merchants. Appstle was exactly what we needed! The app is easy to use on the Shopify platform and the customer service has been phenomenal. I have never experienced such incredible customer service. No automated replies - everything is extremely personal to our needs.
