But the sales team has literally ghosted me after selling the services, even though the flows are not working due to some backend issues at their end they are not willing to give refund and postpone onboarding which wasn't expected. We are in peak season and the support times are just terrible a simple reply takes 24 hrs from the support team.

Do not waste your money with BITESPEED. Beware of these thieves! I had an absolutely terrible experience with BiteSpeed. They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer. Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up. No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!

Never use this app, and don’t be misled by the 5-star reviews. They ask for reviews while you’re still on the free trial and promise a lot of support and features. But once you actually start using the app, the experience goes downhill fast. Their customer support is extremely poor and unhelpful. The app itself is disappointing, but what’s worse is their billing and invoicing process. We recently received an email about a “pending invoice” for the trial period, even though we had already stopped using the app. We also had a deposit balance available on their dashboard, and we simply requested that it be adjusted in the final invoice. Instead of resolving it properly, they came back three months later with an invoice for the trial period and even marked invoices as paid incorrectly. After we raised the issue, they blamed it on “technical glitches.” Overall, very unreliable service and billing practices. I would not recommend this app to any serious business.

Great product. Extremely poor support. Deadlines are never met — everything is delayed with no clear communication. The account manager keeps changing, so there’s zero continuity or ownership. No one takes responsibility, no one proactively guides you, and getting a response itself feels like a task. The product may be good , but if you can’t use it properly because there’s no support, guidance, or accountability, it becomes useless. After repeated follow-ups and escalating to multiple people, nothing changes.

Bitespeed has turned into a bad decision almost immediately after the below review was left. 5 stars turned to 2 star. The team has been an absolute delight to work with. From helping setup the account, to finding ways to work with our custom applications and requirements to get the best out of the platform. Support is personal and professional with the Ayush, Manav, Aditya Ashutosh and the rest of the team finding ways to mitigate any breaks with the custom requirements and proactively suggesting fixes and automation scenarios that go beyond the standard platform support expectation. If you're evaluating multiple platforms, start with them and you'll likely end with them as well.

We stopped using Bitespeed within just 15 days due to terrible service and complete lack of communication. We opted for a higher-tier plan that included a dedicated account manager, but despite multiple follow-ups over more than 10 days, no account manager was ever assigned. This was clearly communicated to their team, and even our POC was aware of the issue. After informing them multiple times that we had stopped using the product, we are still receiving invoices every month. On top of that, different people from their team keep calling, and every time we have to explain the same story again—yet no action is taken. There is no ownership, no coordination between teams, and no respect for customers’ time or money. This has been one of the worst SaaS experiences we’ve had. Would strongly advise businesses to think twice before opting for Bitespeed, especially their higher plans.

Bitespeed Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience. I should have searched on Google "Bitespeed reviews" "Bitespeed complaints" We had a very poor experience working with Bitespeed and would strongly advise others to be cautious. At the time of onboarding, Bitespeed agreed to a platform fee of ₹13,000 per month. However, they signed us up with an automatic e-mandate without clearly explaining the deductions. From the beginning, execution was a problem. They committed to enabling a basic auto-reply chatbot within a day or two, but even after struggling with them for over two months, they failed to deliver this very basic setup. Due to their inability to complete the agreed work, we decided not to continue. Despite this, they deducted ₹26,000 for October and another ₹20,000 for November, which is far higher than the communicated amount. Ironically, even after deducting this money, their team kept reaching out to us claiming there were unpaid dues. When we escalated the issue, we were told that the previous dues were “waived off” and that if we gave them another chance, they would complete the pending work. We agreed in good faith, only to later realize that the funds had already been deducted through the e-mandate. There was no actual waiver. We repeatedly followed up with Prachi, Vidya, and Manav, but received no real support. Calls were not answered, responses were delayed or absent, and excuses like unavailability or sickness were common. Their consistent stance has been that no wrong deduction was made, which is simply not true based on the agreed terms and actual deductions. In total, ₹46,000 was deducted over two months instead of the ₹26,000 that was discussed and later agreed to be waived due to their non-performance. Even after nearly four months, the chatbot is still not active, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and we are still struggling for a refund. This experience shows poor communication, missed commitments, lack of accountability, and unethical billing practices. We regret choosing Bitespeed and would not recommend them based on our experience.

We have tried many apps for WhatsApp marketing, but BiteSpeed has been the one we were most satisfied with. While features like Turkish language support were not available in the Turkish market, they quickly developed additional features upon our request. During our 14-day trial, we started seeing results quickly and our revenue increased. Their support and sales teams were very helpful, patiently listening to all our questions in live meetings and assisting us. They also guided us through the automation setups with both patience and speed. When you use an app, you expect the support to be great, and BiteSpeed never left this expectation unmet. They have a very clear and marketing-oriented dashboard, and even someone with little knowledge can easily use the app. Since we already had email marketing and SMS marketing apps set up, we only used the WhatsApp feature, but we can see how detailed and problem-solving the other features are as well. For example, we use Klaviyo for email marketing, and they also have an integration with Klaviyo. Although the monthly fees may look high for a company based in Turkey, it definitely pays off. Bro these reviews 5 star reviews gotta be cap, making pop up forms and flows " journeys " is so difficult and clunky. On Bitespeed its more complicated then it has to be, Klaviyo is way better and easier, but it just cost a lot more. We're only using bitespeed cause the people we are working with want to switch. When making a pop up you can't just edit the mobile version by itself, you have to go to the desktop version and edit/add the photo there, seems so pointless and dumb having it like that, and when i made a mobile pop on klaviyo it was so much easier. Everything fit and was easy to do for the mobile version, also everything here is so much slower. Plus when you make a list or segment you don't get told how many people are in it while making it, only after you make the segment you can check how many people are on it. When people talk about its features, data tracking and automation its nothing crazy, just like the bare minimum, nothing worth praising over. If you want to really praise something go to klaviyo frfr And again on making journeys, omg its just more complicated than it has to. Plus you dont get as many options or flexibility as you do on klaviyo. You just gotta settle and be like yeah this will work "enough" or like this is close enough. Stuff wont be perfect or you wont be able to make things to your standards. I've had to drop my standards to be able to use their tools. If you really want data tracking and flexibility and something really good to work with and easy to use, use klaviyo. Plus idk even know if they got a/b test here. On klaviyo it was just right there. But yeah here were my thoughts about this.......

Im not sure how this app got its 4.9 Reviews, it is so so so buggy, it has many things that needs fixing, we constantly faced conversations that disappear suddenly, conversations that do not reflect from the first place, failed product integrations for big inventories. Support is there, but its useless, if you have an issue, it goes through an entire investigation, escalation & contact questions & answers. that would be nice, if there were not THAT MANY issues. When i wanted to eventually cancel & remove the integrations, they started begging to offer support, when i insisted to cancel, they flat out started ignoring us, they don't have a cancel option on their dashboards, now i have forced canclled using Shopify & i have to figure out myself how to remove anything related to them from our Backend. Very Bad Experience, Not recommended at all.

As long as they help their customers in sorting out any issues, i dont mind using Bitespeed. ------------------------------------------------------------- One word. Horrible. Their free plan is useless (that is what I tried to use). Their abandoned cart messages show as delivered but customers do not receive them. The support does not exist. I sent multiple messages on whatsapp and support chat, they have still not responded. Uninstalled.
