The free plan is good but i would like way more settings options - the ai doesnt really learn from the past chats but over all a great team support so thats why its 4 - if the support wasnt that great fast and helpful i would give it a 3 star

This app does everything I need it to and more. The only reason I don't give it the 5 is because it was hard for me to learn it. Thankfully their customer support is fantastic. The customer service rep, Mirra, was definitely 5 star help! I'm still learning the app but I know I'll master it soon with their help.

Perfect Chat app! Integrates so well. It has helped us generate revenue but also manage customer relationships. I'd highly recommend. The customer service is amazing too - shout out to Linda, always super helpful! :)
