I couldn't function with this app. it does so many things super well that we florist need. If you're looking to manage local deliveries vs domestic shipping where specific products can only be delivered locally and not shipped, but some products can be shipped then this app is for you! The customer service is just fantastic, Nandita particularly helped me with kind and patient instructions when I got stuck with something. The ai auto help is also fantastic, and has solved many questions very quickly for me, and a real human is only a few minutes away. Don't think I've experienced better customer service with any other app.

Subscribed for the "free trial" but was charged a months fee, despite having cancelled before the free trial period was finished, and despite never actively using the service. Be cautious - "Zack" from the customer support email is a chatbot that will send you in circles unless you specifically ask to speak with a live agent. Edit: changed from 1 star to 4 stars. After successfully connecting with a real person, they resolved the issue almost immediately. I guess this is the new normal with chatbots & AI in the world. Same review stands - be cautious of the AI service aspect, and request a live agent as soon as you start any convo to save some time.

I've been a customer for over 3 years now. I've had wonderful help and service up to this point, but the last few days have left me frustrated. First, we discovered that our delivery dates suddenly were changed to include days we are closed. I fixed that issue. Next day - no one could place a same day order or an order the next day for delivery even though we confirmed that our settings were correct. No one on the team seemed to know why it happened. They did a reset and fixed that issue, but failed to check to make sure everything else was working. Yesterday we then discovered that the zip codes were not working for our radius of 20 miles. No one could place a delivery order. I reached out for help yesterday morning and kept checking back in - no response until 12:30 AM central US time. We went a second day with no orders. That issue was fixed but then our delivery rate was returned to zero. Why is it taking so long to get help? Why is the system going rouge? Why when one thing is fixed another problem is created? Mother's Day is coming up and I fear our trusted Zapiet app will not be there to support us. I'm not sure what is going on over at Zapiet but I am deeply concerned.

The app works, but the required postcode validator on the cart page adds unnecessary friction — customers must enter their postcode before checkout because Shopify’s checkout can’t natively calculate rates per zone. Support confirmed this validator can’t be hidden — it’s core to how the app works. Attempting to remove it caused our postcode-based shipping settings to be deleted. Fixing this properly requires a second Zapiet subscription, adding extra cost. Other apps, like PickEasy, handle postcode-based rates without needing a secondary app. Zapiet advertises that their pickup + delivery functionality can handle rates by zone, but in practice this is limited and still requires the validator step, making checkout more cumbersome than advertised.

This app has literally transformed my website! Not only has it offered my customers the ease of scheduling pick ups and deliveries, but the customer service is top notch! I have used this app for years, since the days when it was just starting, and to see it improve over the years as it adjusts to the demands of shopkeepers has just been phenomenal. I am impressed that their customer service now extends beyond the european time zones. Klaudia has been a tremendous help this evening as I worked through configuring the language around my customer checkout experience. She stayed with me even though I had to take an hour break from my computer to help my kids! That is unheard of! It's nearly impossible to get the same person in dealing with any sort of customer support these days, which usually means you are explaining your situation to five different people. Klaudia walked me through everything so patiently. I always appreciate how Zapiet customer service reps teach me how to do things myself and also offer to do things for me that I might feel uncomfortable with (like coding). Thank you to the whole Zapiet Staff! My favorite Shopify app by far! Update: It is now 2026 and I continue to be impressed by the service of this app. I love that they still offer live help with live agents - even when Shopify has moved away from that. The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Pavlo) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week: its complicated because we extend pickup hours in one location and reduce hours in our other location. Zapiet is great! it was the only app that allowed me to customize my pickup, delivery and item availability as I wanted. The agents are awesome they will work with you on ANYTHING for a long as it takes. Jessica was able to help me get a custom plan which helped SOOO much. Betty, another agent worked with me for 3 HOURS (probably more)!!! She helped me finalize and work through the last things to finally launch my website. If I could give this app Zero I would. The app broker our store - check out button started to fail. We reached out to the Zapiet support which took a few days to respond to ask for collaborator access. They received the access within 10 minutes and after that we never heard from them again, we followed up with them for 5 days until we decided to delete the app and request a refund. I do not recommend this app or Zapiet service.
