They were very responsive, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to investigate the issue, provide guidance, and make sure everything was working correctly. The issue has now been resolved, and the message is displaying properly both in the admin panel and in the confirmation emails. It takes a little figuring out how everything works, but once you do, it’s fantastic. There was one thing I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out, and Vivian was a huge help! Exceptional support and genuine commitment to their users! We needed DingDoong to work alongside our specific subscription app, which wasn't supported at that time.
