We informed EAS in writing in January that we had switched to a UK fulfilment centre and asked what needed to be changed. The only answer was "let's have a call". In February EAS themselves confirmed our store setup needed to be reset - it never happened. Instead, the app kept auto-charging per-order import fees for months, in June even including our own free-of-charge replacement orders. On top, we are in an HMRC verification of a VAT return EAS filed, and our request for the filing working papers has received nothing but auto-replies for a week. Support responsiveness and billing accuracy are not what you need from a tax compliance provider. I will update this review if EAS resolves the billing and provides the documents.

0 stars. I cancelled their service within a few hours, yet they still kept sending me invoices for payment. When I raised a complaint, one of their employees responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I was also told that if I paid the invoice, I would receive a full refund — which clearly showed there was never any real overdue payment issue in the first place. Since I chose not to pay, I expected the invoice to be written off. Instead, they are now chasing me again for payment. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and a completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It's worked very well for a long time, but since late February 2026 it's been impossible to get hold of anyone to answer my questions or make changes. I'm still getting invoiced though. This is very worrying after Eurora, another Estonia-based IOSS service just like EAS, went bankrupt and I lost quite a lot of money!

Positives: System works well and integrates nicely with Shopify. Customer support is good. Negatives: Be aware that EAS charge hefty fees for delayed payment (11% interest + late payment fee). You get 10 days to pay after receiving the monthly invoice. I have had some issues with bank transfers arriving late (e.g., security holds pending documentation) and if this happens it can cost you a lot. You can pay using a payment link but EAS charge an additional 3% if you use that. Also bear in mind if you do happen to have very low sales in any month, the cost of the service per order will be high (e.g., 79 euro monthly fee with 10 EU sales = 7.90 euro per order).

I am very pleased indeed with this app and the fabulous customer service too! My IOSS application became complicated (I think due to me having half registered previously) This meant my application took a little longer than it usually does (mine was an unusual situation, as I understand it usually the process is very quick and smooth) but the customer service and regular updates I recived during this time meant I felt well informed and very reassured that my registration was in very safe hands. Now I am registered for IOSS and the app works perfectly. I had a question about invoicing and this was answered promptly and very thoroughly. I honestly could not be happier with this app and the help I have received from the staff.

Such an easy 5 star review. The exact system we'd been looking for, to make our EU orders easier with customs. We've already seen the difference in customer service, with our orders flying through customs via IOSS and arriving quicker with the tax fees handled upfront. The onboarding was superb too. We had a few quirks to deal with (we sell some books with zero VAT, but they're not always zero rated in the EU) and the team configured everything for us and got us all up and running with the minimum effort from us. I set up my Shopify store earlier this year selling physical and digital items from the UK. It has been a steep learning curve opening up my store to other countries, in particular understanding the requirements from the EU with the complexities of adding taxes at checkout, along with collecting and reporting these to each member country. I was very pleased to discover that EAS can do all of this for me and I do not need to be VAT registered. I like the fact that my European customers will see the price including tax straight away, so no hidden surprises at the checkout. EAS sent me a personal IOSS number ready to add to my logistics provider platform and had my store set up ready for EU orders within one working day of registering with their App. They answered all my questions and are a highly professional, efficient and friendly team! I'm very impressed so far with their service!

I was thrilled by the fact that they accept Paypal payments because I would be able to use my Euros directly and avoid converting them to CAD, and then to EUR again. That was before I realized they charge an outrageous 6% additional processing fee when using Paypal (!!!). Paypal money transfers are FREE so why are you charging 6%?!

After joining a different IOSS scheme previously which turned out to be both disorganised and expensive we paused all EU sales. After numerous requests to restart EU sales we started a search for a new IOSS partner and found EAS. Their fee structure is on point, fair, and they are very efficient and organised. Could not be more grateful. Their invoicing is easy and their team are gracious and polite. They also do not ask for a review! Decent company run by decent humans!

I was very happy to find this app so that I can sell my digital products to countries in the EU and be compliant with the latest VAT legislation. This was the only solution I could find without paying a huge monthly fee to an intermediary company. I like the fact that, apart from the reasonable monthly fee, you are just charged a percentage per transaction. Although I am just starting out using EAS I am sure that this will save a lot of time, money and headaches! The onboarding process was very simple and efficient, therefore I am really pleased with this app and the service received from the EAS team so far. I would definitely recommend EAS to other businesses wishing to sell to the EU.

It almost seems too easy! EU and UK VAT has always seemed difficult as an e-commerce business in Australia, and after reading the positive reviews on EAS I decided to give them a go. One of the most helpful teams I've seen in my life. I know that sounds like a very exaggerated sentence, but it really is true. They have multiple services that help you if you have any questions, the support team is so helpful and insightful, and the process to download or do anything yourself comes with multiple pages from their with DETAILED step by steps so you don't get confused. But most of the work is done by the team. The actual service they provide has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I use this for shipping from US to EU and have had this app for around 3 months; I can honestly say I don't know what I would've done if this app didn't exist.

Excellent, personalised no fuss service! Sign up on the project website, give details of your business and OK the request from Shopify for EAS to configure things for you, and it's done in a day or so. They even spotted a couple of issues with our product listings concerning tax, and emailed for clarifications, then fixed it for us. A great app that does what shopify cannot, provide a way to use IOSS (International One Stop Shop) on a shopify store that is based in the EU and sends goods to EU customers from outside the EU. I have nothing but praise for the EAS team. The registration process, onboarding and set up was handled very smoothly, quickly and professionally by them. I would recommend using their App and offer of free set up and installation for your store.

Totally awesome on many levels! Firstly, the best tech support we have ever experienced! Cannot speak highly enough of the team at EAS, they have been invaluable during the integration process and managed it from start to finish for us (THANK YOU!!) They have been happy to answer follow up questions really quickly while we get used to things. Also awesome is the EAS system, it's exactly what we need to manage IOSS sales into Europe. Real-time dashboard pulling EU sales directly from our store we can see instantly our IOSS VAT liability at any time and associated EAS fees - peace of mind and minimum admin, no daily sales uploads, no hassle...we're so pleased to have found this solution. It's taken us 18 months of waiting for exactly this! We recommend taking the option for the EAS team to do the integration for you as there are lots of moving parts. They also provide a really useful document after the integration detailing all the settings changes made to your store so you know exactly what's been done should you ever need to know. I hope EAS becomes the standard for Shopify stores wanting to sell into Europe using IOSS VAT.

I worked with Petr Shepelev on this installation. It was quite a pleasant experience. He installed the EAS app on our store within a short amount of time and showed us examples of how things would work after the installation was completed. His timely responses and extensive knowledge of customs clearance for the EU and the UK gave us a strong boost in selling our products in those markets (from the US). Great team and a great app. Highly recommended if you are looking for an agency that takes care of the taxes/duties for your e-commerce.

As a UK Shopify merchant, I must say that we are very happy with EAS Project. Their app works seamlessly in Shopify and at the end of each month, there is a detailed report of the sales for that month. Registration for IOSS went seamlessly with them and we have already seen a quiet return of the EU customers we had before so we are hopeful that the upward trend of returning EU customers will continue. We do not have to download reports or anything to EAS - it is all done through the app and they help with the installation and integration. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We're Aussies and we found the EU/UK tax laws so difficult to work around that we almost gave up on selling to those markets. Within one day we went from having no clue to being fully set up! The prices everywhere else were outrageous (≥$25/month without even a sale) and the services offered were minimal... but these guys give the FULL onboarding (they do it ALL) and they don't charge monthly fees! Their customer service is outstanding and their offering is so thorough that you would be an idiot to do IOSS anywhere else. I was almost put off by the lack of reviews but that would have made me the idiot! Super grateful for EAS. Not to mention that they didn't even ask for a review (which you normally get hassled for repeatedly by apps). Bloody amazing. Wishing you guys all the best, you deserve every success that comes your way!

BEST APP ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE TO DATE! The team at EAS are incredibly helpful. Before installing I had quite a few questions which were answered quickly by the team. I received the IOSS number the same day I submitted the requested documents. The team at EAS then helped with the installation and checked that it all was working properly before giving us the green light. I then had a few more questions with regards to orders over €150 which the CEO of the company and I spoke on the phone about! Would definitely recommend it, the onboarding has been fantastic and I am sure the app will also work well.
