Support team is super helpful and helps to solve issues, even if those are not directly connected with their app by feed in general. We've been using both apps - for Facebook and for Google for some time now and I definitely recommend them

I was honestly surprised by how fast the customer support team got back to us and actually helped solve the problem — super professional too. Overall, the app works really well. Definitely recommend it.

Flexify keeps pulling in the wrong featured image and there's no way to change it.

Horrible customer service and support. I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe. I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

Work on Flexify: Facebook Product Feed?
Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Sales channels. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
