Horrible customer service and support. I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe. I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

I installed the app and tried by my own to create a new language feed on Facebook. Unfortunatelly i faced issues and i could't finish the set up. I got really frustared until the team helped me out. I've been very happy with Flexify, it is very intuitive and user-friendly. Great way to create a supplemental feed for our Facebook store, adding additional content that isn't provided by default through the Shopify/Facebook connection. Also, their customer support is TOP NOTCH - they helped me troubleshoot an issue with our Facebook product listings, and it turned out the problem wasn't even related to their app OR Shopify, it was caused by our Google Merchant Center app! But the Flexify rep identified the issue and provided me with a solution rather than simply referring me to Google. They deserve SIX stars just for that ;)

I'm so positively surprised about how well this app works. We are using it to sync all our products from Shopify to our Pinterest profile which is now showing as a brand store. It works SO well and it even syncs our ratings and reviews to Pinterest. I love that this app is free for up until 1000 products which is an added bonus. Also the customer support was incredible. I am a business owner runnign ads on facebook. IF there is an issue with yoru commerce and catalog and you need help, flexify - only does email support and its one liner responses wasted days and still not resolved issue. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS TYPE OF SUPPORT!!! Fix your support system - If you are runnign ads you will have issue with differnt catalog one shopify creates and this catalog flexify creates multiple errors and then then flexify will either drop a bomb on allthese things you need to do which you have noooo clue bc again im a business owner who has time to figure this #### out!!! get it together! They wont call you, wont do screen share with you, wont get on chat with you, theres no way you guys can communicate because they are not in teh same time zone as me (USA) and they i dont know. imagine that! i will change review rating when i get this fixed!!!

I use the free version of Flexify, it's easy to use and does everything I need to keep my Facebook products up to date. I started receiving an error reporting from Facebook and logged a query with Flexify, Aby replied promptly and offered suggestions to resolve the issue. so frustrating!!! Each time I try and reach out I get a copy and paste answer. Somehow facebook merged an old store with my new store and I got this app to replace my product feed. Now I have to manually go in and redo all of the categories for the THIRD time. Facebook has rejected my products and my ads are suffering for it. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to go through all of my products one by one, and now I have to do it anyway. Even after creating the file in Flexify all of my old products are still in my feed, even though i chose to REPLACE my feed. What a mess!! And right before Mothers Day. SMH

Flexify has enabled me to link shopify to Facebook without the price variants causing an issue. I went round in circles for 3 weeks with no success but Flexify has an option to bring the lowest priced variant into Facebook shops. This is exactly what I was trying to do. This is a must-have app if you want to sync your products with facebook, just follow the steps and BOOM, it's done. I've got to admit, I did have an issue, but that was more to do with Facebook (typical), but once I reestablished the data source after deleting it, it all worked...... that's because of the first-class support that was provided. Nice App - Has a nice configuration panel that allows you to place Buy Now button and configure the behaviour of the button. My only concern with this app is that you have to be careful if you want to keep using the free plan. It is very easy to switch over to a paid plan without realising. We had accidentally switched to a paid plan but as soon as we became aware, we approached the Flexify development team right away. Alex was able to reset our plan quite promptly. I used the app, I could not use it for google custom ads. In Facebook I saw many products that were with out of stock status despite they were in stock. The price is absurdly high for shops with many products. It is easy to work with, but not many features compared to apps in other platforms and very expensive for what it can do. So not good for dropshipping business with many products.

The product works well and does what it says it will do. The issue to be careful of is not so much the product, however that going into using this, you still need to understand what it can and can't address. Remarketing and the broken standards between Facebook and Shopify and Google aren't magically solved by using different feed apps. They can help tremendously - though you will still need a broad understanding of what is needed and what the various limitations are to ensure success. Highly suggest also looking into support from digital marketing experts as well to fully scope out the challenges ahead and what can and can't be done to integrate the many systems and platforms out there.

I had been paying for this app for over a year and it was not been working properly because I hadn't set it up properly. The instructions weren't clear and as a result, I missed steps. I have heard from others who use this app that it works well, but make sure you are setting it up correctly and follow all of the instructions. And double-check it is installed correctly! Just because you "enable" something, does not mean it doesn't require further steps.

Diese App ist großartig! Works for Pinterest too! Instead of pinning one product at a time from our website (very time consuming!), we used the Flexify .xml feed as the data source that syncs/uploads our products to Pinterest. From there we created product groups and set up our ads, boards, and Pinterest shop. This app saved us a ton of time especially since the Pinterest sales channel is no longer available. I used to export the feed manually which took me several days to do so and I have to update the feed manually, but now Flexify has done all of these for me. Great! Only one thing to improve: its support team for paid users. I have upgraded my plan to paid version, but I don't think the paid version has done anything superior.

App worked flawless at first, then one day all of our products disappeared on our Facebook shop. We lost all of our taggged posts with products and it was a very big incovenience. It took us weeks and hours to figure out how to solve it. Support was not much help at all. The responses were very basic and it seemed like they weren't actually trying to help or asses the situation. Their app is free and we recommend it - just be warned...if you need REAL support, it's $24.99. (You can read that in the dashboard...after you install.)

I really like how this app just does what it is supposed to do. Even on the FREE version I was able to effortlessly sync all my products to the facebook catalog and run my own retargeting ads instead of paying for another app. Also, when I have reached out to support even though the form said they will get back to me within 48 hours, I literally had a REPLY IN 15 MINUTES IN MY INBOX. The issue seemed to resolve itself by reselecting the settings and syncing manually to facebook, but this response time is just impressive. I can only recommend this app!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Literally the worst app I have ever used on shopify. Because of the way it uploaded my products to Facebook's catalogue it ruined the way my products were showing on Instagram (didn't show the before and after sale price, as it had been showing before). But when I asked the app developers about it they said I had to get the premium version for these to display properly. After back and forth and them taking ages to reply I ended up deleting the app and deleting Facebook from Shopify in an attempt to reboot my store and get the products displaying correctly again. Now it won't work and nothing connects. Biggest waste of time I've ever had. Incredibly frustrating and absolutely no help from the developers. Horrendous experience.

I've had a pretty good experience with this app. It automatically picks up the data from the google meta fields and creates a solid feed for facebook dynamic product ads. Also, my store's product images are rectangular and this app has a cool feature that will create square versions of the main product ad. It also allows you to specify which product image you want to use as the facebook image. All features I've utilized to excellent effect. I did experience one bug with the app but after a week of back and forth with the app developers they were able to fix for me.

Although Shopify does not make it easy to generate a Facebook products feed, I feel Flexify has done a good job in making the process easier. I feel the app is not the most important thing you get out of the pro plan though: The support is what actually makes the biggest difference. Highly recommended app if you want to build a full FB catalog of your products and are likely to need help doing it! Only the rather high subscription price prevents me from giving this app the 5 stars it would otherwise deserve.

Paid premium for this app and had a very similar experience to Mullica Beach (see below review). We have a very large inventory and unfortunately the sync is very buggy, our "match rate" on Facebook fluctuated tremendously and often fell off a cliff, costing us time and money. When the sync works, the ads are very cost effective. Unfortunately, email back and forth with the developer yielded very little - terrible support - and we were referred to Funnelboom, who almost immediately stopped answering emails. Incredibly unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Shopify, please integrate dynamic ad support as a core function. Please!

My experience with Facebook Product Feed has been great, but it has not been the stand out app we were expecting it to be. We have tried a handful of FB Product Feed apps (Pixel Perfect for example) and have not had a fix for the misfiring of DPA events that we were experiencing. Every single app promised a fix, none could deliver. Unfortunately, support from Facebook Product Feed was abysmal on that end of things, and when we were referred to Funnel Boom to help us fix our problem, it only prolonged a possible solution. If you are ever recommended over to Funnel Boom, HEED OUR ADVICE, save your valuable time and money, its owner (****** ******) lacks experience, conviction, and compassion for your business' immediacy. Take your business to Upwork.com instead and get a highly experienced digital marketing freelancer to handle your Shopify/DPA issues at a fraction of the cost All in all, it's a great free service that does half of what it promises and offers little support for technical issues. Truth be told, any other FB product feed app would suffice in substitute!

I'm using the Free version of Facebook Product Feed and it works well. It's a few clicks to install and get working. The Premium 30$ per month looks interesting if you want to manipulate or select specific images for the feed... Overall, a great app to keep your Shopify products in sync with Facebook!

Not good. I have more than 500 products in my feed, which made me split up my feeds into 3 separate pages. Why not do this server side and take the load off of Shopify, so you can provide a full feed? Had syncing issues as well. Only 200/500 for each feed would be accepted by facebook. Installed another app, and all 1400 products were immediately uploaded into a single feed automatically and accepted. I don't see why this can't be accomplished here. Products would appear multiple times across feeds causing duplicate errors all over. Disappointing.

Fixed my Facebook Pixel error saying that FB could not connect to my 'product catalog' in my store. To fix the error I would have had to create a 20 product excel sheet listing the product ID's, links, descriptions, pictures, etc. Then upload the file onto a rss feed, or dropbox link, so that FB could connect to it. This app made it super easy to create the feed with a couple of clicks. It Then generates an url that I could just copy and paste into the FB product catalog.

Editing my review cos I found a workaround. Using the app-generated RSS, I imported it into an XML on Excel, where I could manually upload my perfectly cropped pics. Best thing about this app is that it outputs a product ID that is perfectly recognizable by Shopify's FB pixel integration. So ignore Shopify when they tell you their pixel integration doesn't work with DPA, this app fixes it

Th is app is outstanding. Brain dead simple to set-up and we were able to successful import 2.5k products into a Facebook feed for Remarketing with Dynamic Products Ads. Other solutions required a cut and didn't allow for manual setting of Facebook Ads because they were 'done-for-you' services but this Facebook Product Feed App by Flexify does everything you need.

I use Adespresso (which I highly recommend for FB advertising) and just had a webinar about their new dynamic ads feature. I was told that in order to set it up I would have to get a developer to create a product feed for my store. I was about to head over to Upwork to see if I could find someone when I suddenly thought to check out the app store first and found this. Could it be any simpler (Chandler Bing voice in my head)?! You just click the instal button and that's it. You're done. I saved myself so much time that I thought I would spend a little of it writing this review. I have used this app both for my own site and a number of my clients. It's made integrating a Facebook product feed fast, easy, and flexible.
