So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement. Easy to use, integration with Klaviyo is great, and the team is very responsive and helpful. There are some other platforms/apps out there for gifting and corporate/multi-ship that might be a little more polished, but when considering costs, this app provides a lot of value.

A must-have if gifting is any part of your business. We run a BBQ subscription box brand, and a significant chunk of our orders are gifts. For a long time, we had very little visibility into gift recipients and no real way to bring them into our ecosystem. Giftnote changed that. That handoff has been genuinely valuable for building a subscriber base beyond just the original purchaser. On the digital gift card side, Giftnote is a clear step up from what Shopify offers out of the box. The recipient experience is more polished, the messaging is customizable, and it just feels more intentional, like the gift was thought through rather than auto-generated. Setup was straightforward (plug and play for default product pages, and easy to customize....the pre-built Klaviyo templates were easy to customize with our branding) and the support team is responsive. Nick was extremely helpful at every stage of the rollout.

From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery. This app has been a game changer! We were stuck using Shopify's default gift notes system, which wasn't working properly with our warehouse. We spent money on our dev team to try and fix the issue to no avail. Customers were calling up and complaining. For e-gift cards, it was a cumbersome process for our customers. Gift note made it so much easier. Customers can now schedule the sending of the gift card and they also get an email confirmation once their recipient receives the email. And the emails integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, which is our go-to ESP, as all apps integrate with it. Installation is easy as GiftNote sets it all up for you.

The Knickknack Shack is an online gift store, so being able to gift is a HUGE part of what my store is all about. I had a different gifting app for a while, but it stopped working suddenly and I was left with really poor alternatives that didn't have the functionality that I wanted, or needed.... until I found Giftnote! This app has all the bells and whistles I could ever ask for, from eGifting options, email and SMS notifications, physical delivery notifications, and even gift card notifcations.
