  I don't like having to contact sales every time to change the menu width; it should be set up so we can adjust the width ourselves. The width of the first-level category should also be different from the width of the second-level category, and the width of each first-level category should be customizable. The rest of the customer service staff are very willing to help. It's just that finding someone each time takes a while.

  Still in testing phase, so far very good, easy to use. We had a small design issue, which support resolved quickly. Support is very responsive; I dealt with Sarah, and she is great.
