I don't like having to contact sales every time to change the menu width; it should be set up so we can adjust the width ourselves. The width of the first-level category should also be different from the width of the second-level category, and the width of each first-level category should be customizable. The rest of the customer service staff are very willing to help. It's just that finding someone each time takes a while.

Excellent menu app and outstanding customer support! I've been very happy with Globo Mega Menu. I was able to build my store's navigation exactly the way I wanted it, and it was easy to customize even though I chose a simpler dropdown-style menu rather than a more elaborate mega menu. Update: On the off chance the support team could help me, I reached out to them to fix a bug I'd noticed due to the old Shopify menu still appearing briefly. A very good app that is easy to install and configure. The JSON import and export functionality is particularly useful. However, the mobile optimisation needs improvement. There is no option to preview the menu on mobile, only desktop. Advanced CSS changes are also not reflected in the preview, so the only way to check CSS customisations is to publish them to a draft theme.

We recently launched this app on our live site with its basic functionality, so it's still too early for us to fully evaluate long-term performance and results. What we can evaluate so far is the support team. During setup, we reached out several times with questions, and the Globo team was consistently responsive, helpful, and thorough in addressing our concerns. Today, I worked with Steven regarding an issue that appeared on our live site but was not present in the preview environment. He quickly identified and resolved one issue and is actively investigating a separate loading concern with his team. He has committed to following up with us as they continue their review. Based on our experience so far, the support has been excellent. We'll plan to update this review after we've had more time to use the app and explore its additional features.

I've been really happy with the MegaMenu app. It's allowed me to layout my homepage the way I wanted it to look with very little oversight once it was running. Anytime I've run into an issue (rare) they are always so quick to fix it. Most recently I was going back and forth with Clara, and it is always mind-blowing to me how fast solutions are deployed. Horrendous service. I contacted Sarah Nguyen about charges that were happening on our account, even though their had been incompatible with our store for many months. She said she'd take it up with the billing department and "get back to me ASAP". TWO MONTHS later she responds, and says they will refund me for the two months (the two months they charged me for while she took the time to respond to me ASAP). They won't refund any other charges, even though their app was charging me. I don't care for the money, but on a matter of principle, this tells you exactly what kind of people you are working with.

This app has worked great for me and support was very helpful with adjusting the appearance for me. The theme I'm using for my store technically has "Mega Menus", but I was always disappointed with the appearance. I was able to use Globo to make my menu exactly as I had envisioned and I feel like it really elevates my website! Their support was very friendly and quick to help as well. I sent an email with multiple bulleted questions and they got back to me quickly answering everything and quickly made the updates I needed. I will definitely keep using this app!
