Really happy with my experience with WebPlanex. Their GST app for Shopify is reliable and, more importantly, their customer support is excellent. Whenever I’ve had a query, the response has been quick and the issue has been resolved without unnecessary back-and-forth. A special mention to Jyoti, who has been extremely prompt and helpful in resolving all the queries I’ve had. It’s great to have such responsive support when you’re running a Shopify store. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a GST solution for Shopify, especially if quick and reliable support matters to you.

This app is very regional specific, and caters to the tax system very well. The integration was not easy, but with their tech support it is seamless. Vaishnavi was very helpful with the setup process.
