I found the most optimized tax invoices with Webplanex. Auto push of tax rate from shopify, cgst/ sgst / igst handling depending on customer location were things I was struggling with and Webplanex had these features already. Worst app - Do not install. They have so many data inconsistencies and their tech team is very bad. They made double entries for our orders which makes data unustable. 2nd, they did not sync orders with HSN and GST, hence making all reports unusable. It has been a week and daily they say now tech team has gone home etc. If you are planning to use this for financial reporting, avoid, as their is no data integrity and tech team is so slow in resolving this, they only want to take money and 0 support.

I was thinking of purchasing additional equipment to implement this change but Jyoti from support team came forward and took the ownership of talking to the tech team and then get this change implemented just for me on my store. Now, I just attach the tracking id in my order status and the barcode is generated and gets pasted to the shipping label automatically after refreshing the corresponding order status. This is saving a lot of time for me and its looking so authentic on the shipping labels. Thank you for coming forward and implementing a change for just one customer. I am looking forward to get sms feature within this app so that order confirmation or update sms can also be triggered from this app itself. The application is fine, but I repeatedly kept getting messages on my PERSONAL WhatsApp number saying that the plan is close to being over or other issues. If I am not mistaken, initially it was free for 100 orders a month, then they changed it to USD 5 for the first 100 orders also. Ultimately I don't really care what they do with their own pricing as long as they don't message me outside of Shopify channels. They can set their limits, not allow me to download invoices, whatever, but sending me WhatApp messages outside Shopify is unacceptable and seems blatant misuse of personal information shared.

We had a terrible experience recently with the app after using them for more than a year. They have held us ransom to upgrading our plan to access previous month data which we have already paid for. It was excruciating and we had to eventually do as they said as the data required was time sensitive. Their support team blames it on company policies - but what sort of company policy takes away your data which you have already paid for and are still paying them for their current month plan as well? This is extremely unjust, unfair and would cross a line of cheating and holding us ransom. I'm disgusted by their unfair practices and am going to look at actively finding a new application for this.

Very happy with webplanex gst software that has made invoice generation and tax filing very automated. Their support is also prompt and available for any issues. Some UI issues persist that can make invoice management manually laborious. Especially that there is no way to bulk update gst rates and hsn codes or have them linked with metafields from the product page. Hopefully these features can be added in future updates
