So far i really like MIDA bot app. Customer support has been good, the app is super easy to use, with a step by step inital setup. It looks very capable with a high degree of flexibility / good variety of protection modes and rule configurations available depending on how strict you want the protection to be. Great App - thankyou:)

It offers powerful features that are available even with the free plan; the customer service is excellent regardless of the plan, and they go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.

Easy to use and very helpful. We recently discovered that Shopify's standard fraud analysis does not always match our store's risk criteria, especially regarding overseas forwarding services. MIDA has already helped us identify and automatically block suspicious traffic, including VPN, proxy, and anonymous connections that could have been missed during manual review. The setup was simple, the dashboard is easy to understand, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for stores looking to strengthen fraud prevention.
