I love that they are proactive in helping give advice to improve your store, and they hand out bonuses along the way. With Lucky Orange, it feels like you're on your own. Their support team is friendly and very responsive.

I generally don't leave reviews but I've been using this app for a while now and I'm actually very impressed. What I really love is that you get 450 free sessions a month which is plenty for my new store. Every time I have had a problem I've reached out via chat and someone has gotten back to me quickly with an answer. You can also connect it to their Fraud app which helps filter out bot traffic. Highly recommend.

Super cool application to add to your store. It allowed me to view replays of end user sessions to see where my store may be failing to grab attention, dead clicks, or for popular items to see what items are being viewed the most. Customer support is quick and very responsive less than a few minutes and gave wonderful experience. Once my business grows I would be more than happy to continue as a paid customer!

I've had to check sessions for some order hickups perhaps 10 times. Out of these, MIDA delivered good recordings 5 times, and the other 5 failed for some reason that required opening a support chat and ticket to the devs. The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared. So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it. Also, you can find yourself watching abandoned carts in one screen, and see 1 abandoned cart in the last week, jump into another screen and find 40 abandoned carts in that same week. Some of these filtered abandoned carts even appear along with their order number. I see effort behind the app, but it is not consistent nor reliable. Today we needed to reach out to support, but the bottom icon was not present, not for chat, not for "leave a message" although we have "Priority Support"

The Insight Mode makes replays fast to review. Support was responsive. The IP exclusion and suspicious session filtering work well. Other than a lot of the options being paid, in my oppinnion it is one of the best tools to use for replaying checkouts and checking heatmaps on your store. The support is absolutely amazing, always ready to help and has a friendly tone. I have only been using the app for about a week now so take this review with a pinch of salt, but my experience overall has been great. The app in itself is quite easy to use just like any shopify app, I think that is a must. The tools it provides helps you actually take a look at how customers look around in your store befoe actually buying anything, helping you improve in areas you didn't even know you had to. For example looking at replays today, I just noticed that a lot of people go away from my store just because I do not have enough products. As soon as they go to the actual catalog, they leave, no matter the discounts I have on my current products.

This app is a disaster. Within MINUTES of installation, MIDA recorded 350+ "sessions" from the USA, Ireland, and other countries - all clearly bot traffic with visits lasting only seconds on single pages or product images. My store normally gets 50-60 visitors per day, but suddenly I had 350+ fake sessions within minutes that: Consumed my entire free 250-session limit immediately with worthless data Destroyed my conversion rate statistics Made all heatmaps and analytics completely useless There is NO bot filtering. The app counts every bot, crawler, and spam visit as a real customer session, making all data meaningless. My actual store statistics are now ruined. For an analytics app, this is unacceptable. If you can't filter bots, you can't provide accurate data. I'm uninstalling immediately and switching to a competitor with proper bot detection. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different app.

I was looking for a simple heatmap but MIDA has delivered a lot more! In only a couple of days i was able to understand more about the behaviour of my clients and make some adaptations on my website which I will fastly be able to see results thanks to the montly recorded sessions. Also, my next step would be to look for an app to make surveys but MIDA also does that, so another thing checked on my to do list. Would definetly recommed!

Their responses have been quick and helpful. Their development team seems to do pretty good as well. I mostly use for the replays, which generally seem ok, though, sometimes I know who made a purchase but the IP address is on the other side of the country (Canada) or even in USA, which doesn't make sense to me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the MIDA Heatmap.
