I love the flexibility this app offers our customers, it's really cut down on the customer service burden now that they can cancel themselves! And for those who don't use it, I think it's great for them to know they have the option if they ever need it. Plus, the customer service team from Orderify is great! I needed a little help with getting some data from within the app and they helped me out which was very much appreciated.

We are using Orderify across 10 of our websites and it has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort dealing with requests to cancel orders. Having customers being able to cancel orders on their own with the click of the button is super convenient for both us and them. During the initial set up, we had a few stylistic changes we wanted to make and Dave was able to take care of it quickly for us. From then on, it has been smooth sailing. This app has been an easy and affordable way to offload a lot of customer support related to order cancellations and edits. Dave and team are very responsive to emails and recently rolled out updates for the new Shopify Thank You and Order Status pages. Dave was also very responsive to an issue I discovered regarding the refunding of duties related to Markets Pro orders. One tip to share with my fellow merchants: implement a Flow automation to delay payment capture on new orders so that when customers cancel and create new orders (for edits) you don't lose the Shopify payments fees.

We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.

WONT LET ME LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I was hoping this would be a solution for my customers to be able to edit the invoices we send to them, allowing them to add more products from our store. But this is only to allow customers to edit AFTER they have placed an order. Why would you ever want to give a customer the option to cancel their order without providing a reason why? This seems counterintuitive to running a business.

Had been using Orderify, but when I installed a new theme I couldn't get it installed, and their support couldn't help. The app worked great in my old theme (but my new theme presented some installation issues). So I had to look for and install an alternative. In fact, the new app offers more features for the same price.

This is a really useful app. Being able to allow customers to edit or cancel the order saves a lot of time for us filtering and responding to emails. When customer cancels an order, Shopify order page will reflect the cancellation correctly. Your customer will receive an email confirming cancellation and you will receive an email notifying which order was cancelled. This email is crucial if you are using certain third party fulfillment app as you will need to manually cancel the corresponding order at the app's order dashboard. I had good experience with their support team as well when resolving some issues I had.

App allows customers to cancel orders even if you don't allow "cancel" as an option to them. If a customer simply clicks "edit" order, the original order cancels, the customer then has to edit their order as well as go through the entire checkout process again thus allowing them to abandon cart negating the option to not allow customers to cancel orders.

*Update* Originally I left a 5-star review in order to get a backlink. I usually test these apps before leaving a review. But I figured a backlink sounded pretty good. It never happened, and the response I got regarding that, and the challenges with the app was "meh". This is the problem with leaving a review until the app is tested. Full disclosure: The app worked flawlessly for me when I tested it. But a few of my customers were getting a 404 page. At first, I was pretty frustrated with this app. I was close to leaving the opposite kind of review I am leaving now. All in all, this app works really well. I have an aftermarket theme (Gecko 3) and so far, everything seems to be working.

I installed this app earlier today amidst the recent amount of negative reviews in the past month or so. Went as far as speaking with a Shopify Guru (Ashleigh from New Zealand) about the influx of negative reviews. Her and I did some review searching and couldn't find anything bad, and she also told me that many Shopify Plus members are using this app. ( Can't be all that bad if they're using it - Right?) Been testing for about 4 hours now, and I cannot find any faults or issues with this app. Edit/Cancel from the "Thank You" page works great. The only thing I personally don't like is the Edit/Cancel page URL customers get sent to from either their account page or in email confirmation. The fix..... I just redirect everyone back to the "Thank You" page using this: "a href="{{ order.order_status_url }}" title="Track Your Order" target="_blank">View, Edit or Cancel"/a" (substitute "" for <>) I will obviously keep monitoring the app's ability and change my rating accordingly. I got this app for easy customer reordering. It is working well, but one thing I would change about this app is the 'Reorder' button on the account page. Rather than adding the items to your cart and bringing you directly to the cart page, I would prefer it opened up a popup that showed what items were in the order, then having an 'add to cart' button in the popup screen. This would help the customers remember what exactly they ordered without having to go to another page.

What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders. However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.

Excellent app that adds valuable time-saving features that are very well thought of. It makes both mine and my customers life much simpler. Reduces friction and makes customers feel more in-charge. It may be counter-intuitive to allow customers to cancel orders so easily but, in the end, it works the other way around. It reassures them that we're not out to get their money.
