  Excellent app and outstanding support! We use Product Rentals Pro for an event rental business, and it has been a great solution. The rental dashboard makes it very easy to see the status of each rental at a glance and manage bookings efficiently. What impressed me the most, however, was the support. Evan took the time to investigate my questions very thoroughly and even suggested an alternative Shopify approach that helped improve not only the way my store operates but also the customer experience. Thanks to his advice, we found a much better solution. Our rental system now works perfectly, and our customers can understand their orders much more clearly. Most importantly, he wasn't just focused on Product Rentals Pro itself—he genuinely wanted to help find the best overall solution. That level of professionalism and dedication is rare.   Love this app, the way that it is catered to dress hire companies makes it very easy to use. Evan is very helpful and quick to reply! The video walk through made the process of setting up a lot easier. Even customers have commented on the easier booking system and they enjoy the search by date feature! Definitely the best app I have used for dress hire.

  This is the best app for facilitating rental items that need to be returned and have different variants for number of rental days etc.!   PRP has been a game changer for my dress hire business! We recently moved from BookThatApp to PRP because of its tailored rental features, and it has made managing our bookings so much easier. The buffer system is a standout - it automatically builds in time between bookings for cleaning, prep, turnaround, or servicing. The recently introduced “search by date” filter has also been a huge win, allowing customers to enter their event or hire date and instantly see availability. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. Evan is always quick to respond and genuinely open to feedback and new ideas. We couldn’t recommend PRP more!

Support is primarily via email and Evan has been exceptionally responsive, often replying within minutes and always within a day, which has given us a lot of confidence as we grow. After exploring multiple rental apps, this was the only solution that felt robust enough that we didn’t need to build our own from scratch. From intuitive front-end calendar customisation to clear back-end rental management, it covers the full journey at a very fair subscription price. An added bonus is that you can get started on a free plan for your first few rentals before committing, which makes it easy to test if it’s the right fit for your store.
