Excellent app and outstanding support! We use Product Rentals Pro for an event rental business, and it has been a great solution. The rental dashboard makes it very easy to see the status of each rental at a glance and manage bookings efficiently. What impressed me the most, however, was the support. Evan took the time to investigate my questions very thoroughly and even suggested an alternative Shopify approach that helped improve not only the way my store operates but also the customer experience. Thanks to his advice, we found a much better solution. Our rental system now works perfectly, and our customers can understand their orders much more clearly. Most importantly, he wasn't just focused on Product Rentals Pro itself—he genuinely wanted to help find the best overall solution. That level of professionalism and dedication is rare. I highly recommend both the app and the support team.

Love this app, the way that it is catered to dress hire companies makes it very easy to use. Evan is very helpful and quick to reply! The video walk through made the process of setting up a lot easier. Even customers have commented on the easier booking system and they enjoy the search by date feature! This is the best app for facilitating rental items that need to be returned and have different variants for number of rental days etc.! PRP has been a game changer for my dress hire business! We recently moved from BookThatApp to PRP because of its tailored rental features, and it has made managing our bookings so much easier. The buffer system is a standout - it automatically builds in time between bookings for cleaning, prep, turnaround, or servicing. The recently introduced “search by date” filter has also been a huge win, allowing customers to enter their event or hire date and instantly see availability. We migrated our website from Wordpress across to Shopify specifically because of the functionality of this app and honestly I don't know how we were managing before it! The dashboard gives us everything we need to see the pipeline of rentals, the comms automations are great and its allowed a seamless experience for customers. PRP Customer service has also been fantastic, super responsive whenever we've needed it - which since the implementation is not often. Highly recommend for anyone in the rental industry.

PRP is perfect for my dress hire business! The tailored rental settings have made everything SO much easier and have avoided many double bookings + customer refunds. So easy to set up and has all the features needed for a dress rental business. The support team is so helpful and their response time is second to none. While making the change to Product Rentals I also increased my prices and was worried this would impact sales. However even though some prices almost doubled I have seen more uptake and conversions from this new app and I haven’t changed anything else so I have to assume it is the improved experience customers are having. Cannot recommend highly enough !

What a great product. After months of using another 'bigger' app, I got fed up and started searching for a better one. This app is not only more intuitive from an owner perspective, but also from the customer facing side. Customers now have a clearer idea when booking their products what to expect - which will cut down on our customer service hours a lot. The features they provide have been very well thought out and very relevant to dress rentals. The features that we love the most are: - The automatic reminder emails/texts you can send your customers. - The different pick up/delivery options for customers to select before seeing if a dress is available on the calendar. - Competitive pricing options. - Being able to customise the look of the widget on our website so that all fonts/colours are the same. GAME CHANGER!!! If you own a product rental business, you need to ditch your current app immediately and switch to PRP. This app is specifically tailored for product rental businesses, unlike most other booking apps that try to do everything but fail to meet basic product rental needs. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome it is to finally have this app installed on my site to manage rental bookings. It has taken into consideration all the nitty gritty details a product rental business need, the user interface is so simple and straight forward, the support is absolutely amazing. Since installing the app, I am able to take more local pickup bookings on weekends (which I previously had to forfeit), and I no longer need to perform a few manual tasks that I had to do while using another booking app. My only complaint is that they didn't create this app sooner. Thank you team for making my life as a small business owner so much easier, and I cannot wait for future improvements and other amazing new features!
