Jessa helped out tremendously during our onboarding process. The dev team accommodated our issue and even added a feature within 24 hours which is just absolutely fabulous in terms of Support. Product is great and support is fantastic!

We've had a great experience with ReferralCandy. The setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify. It made launching our referral program much easier, and the customization options are flexible enough to match our brand. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Overall, it's a reliable solution for growing customer referrals and we highly recommend it.

ReferralCandy has been great. I like the functionality of the platform as it will help me manage both referral and ambassador programs with ease. The native functionality of the app is exactly what my business needs and it is great to have all of this managed in one place, rather than having to cobble together a solution across multiple platforms. I had a technical issue (completely my fault) and Eunice was incredible at helping me fix the issue. Super responsive and helpful and made the process of resolving my mistake completely painless.

This is the first time I've set up an app. Romeo was very patient and generous with his time in getting me through all the steps. His knowlege of the platform made the experience fast and painless, kudos to him. And thank you Romeo it was pleasure to work with you.

We've had a really great experience with ReferralCandy so far. Riz has been amazing to work with—she always replies quickly, is super helpful, and makes sure everything gets sorted out. What really stood out to us is how responsive the development team is. Every suggestion or issue we brought up was acknowledged, and they were surprisingly quick to fix things or implement improvements. It's refreshing to use a product where the team genuinely listens to its users. Overall, it's been a pleasure working with ReferralCandy, and it's great knowing there's such a dedicated team behind it. Highly recommend!

Work on Referral Candy & Affiliate?
Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Marketing and conversion. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
