I was upset about a function that I use to have in the old interface. Rather than just saying sorry they worked with the development team and turned something around in a day.

Of all of the marketing platforms our company works with, Refersion has the best customer service - hands down. They are quick to respond, provide solutions, and easy to work with! Andre has always been a helpful hand for us! It's a great platform for affiliate management, we're glad we've been partnering with Refersion for years now!

Keith was able to answer my question pretty fast. AND he provided me a report, which I was not expecting but am finding super helpful. So he gets 5 stars for going above and beyond my initial question!

Work on Refersion Affiliate Marketing?
Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Marketing and conversion. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
