Great support experience. Haley and the Samita team were responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. They fixed the email placeholders, product information, quantities, notification subjects, and email layout issues, and followed up carefully until everything worked correctly. Excellent customer service!! First, I raised my issue through the online chat. The person answering was very kind despite my lack of knowledge about technical things. Then, my issue was forwarded to the developer team and I was informed that they will send me an email once it was done. Less than 24hours later, I received email that my issue was fixed.
