We run a Shopify Plus store with thousands of products across many categories and 100,000+ orders every month, so it's very hard to merchandise manually. We use ST Product & Collection Sort across nearly 2,000 collections, especially its multi-segment sorting to balance factors such as revenue, variant availability, inventory, and other signals. It gives us a lot more control over how different groups of products rank. A few features have been especially useful for us: the bucket-level lookback periods let us use different time windows for different segments, which is great when we want recent performance to matter more for some products but historical performance for others. Weighted Mean Sort is another nice feature. It combines revenue, sales, inventory, newness, etc., with our own weighting. We also really like the smart shuffle with metafields. With such a large catalogue, simply randomising products is not a good idea. ST gives us variety while still keeping the merchandising logic intact. We’ve tried other merchandising apps, and ST is more capable for the scale we need. The customer success team is super friendly and genuinely fanatical about support. They’re very responsive, understand the problem we’re trying to solve, and are willing to dig into things rather than just point us to documentation. They are open to idea and assist us with customization and work with other apps. For a Shopify Plus store operating at our scale, that combination of a powerful merchandising system and good support is hard to find.

This app has been incredibly helpful with sorting, giving us far greater control than what Shopify has out of the box. You can sort by metafields, shuffle products, etc. We've tried other apps (such as Kimonix) as well, and this is by far our favorite. We recently did a video walkthrough with their team so that we could learn about the new features, and they're very helpful. Five stars :)

We've been using this app for a while now and it has made organization and site management much more efficient. If you have a large catalog and/or numerous collections that are ever-changing then this might be the app for you!

As a Shopify Plus brand, we needed enterprise-grade merchandising capabilities, and ST: Product & Collection Sort has delivered exactly that. The bucket-level lookback periods give us much more control over how historical performance influences each merchandising strategy. Features like sales channel support, in-stock variant-based revenue/sales, and pivotal size availability help us prioritize products that are actually ready to sell. Product grouping also makes it easy to keep colours, styles, and product families together, creating a much better shopping experience.

I looked for and tried many apps to find one that would sort collections randomly and this is the by far the best! I love the option to have the sorting updated on a regular basis. There are so many flexible options to organize and manage products. Super useful on our marketplace with a big catalog of products. Definitely recommend.

An excellent app for managing and merchandising Shopify collections. It gives us complete flexibility to create intelligent sorting rules, highlight bestsellers and new launches, pin important products, and automatically push sold-out products to the bottom. The interface is intuitive, reliable, and extremely easy for our team to manage without technical knowledge. It has significantly reduced the time and manual effort required to organise our collections while helping our storefront look more polished and thoughtfully curated. The support team is another major highlight—they are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with custom requirements. Really happy with ST: Product & Collection Sort so far. It's made organizing our collections so much simpler — we can prioritize new arrivals, feature our best sellers, and automatically push out-of-stock items to the bottom without any manual work. Setup was quick and the rules are easy to customize even without technical know-how. It's already saving us hours each week and our collection pages look much more polished. Great value for the price, and support has been quick to respond whenever we had questions. Definitely recommend it to any store looking to improve their merchandising.
