Absolutely loving Willdesk so far. The platform itself is clean, modern, and very easy to use. It has a huge amount of flexibility for live chat, automation, AI support, workflows, and customer service management all in one place. One thing that genuinely surprised us was how good the mobile app is. Being able to manage conversations, reply to customers, and monitor support while away from the desk has been incredibly helpful for our operations team. What really stood out though was the support team. Kim in particular has been absolutely amazing throughout our setup and testing process. Every question or issue we raised (not that there was much at all) was properly investigated, followed up, and resolved with genuine care and attention. The team has gone above and beyond helping us customise the platform to better suit our business and customer experience needs. I like the app, and already use it for 1 month, but some features working not correctly. I've already reported several times about 1 month ago and still nothing is fixed. This is really easy fixed and they completely ignore me. I'm afraid that if something important will be in the future, they also will not fix it. 1. Staff can't edit/add Macros. And I have to add all macros manually - this is really annoying. 2. Notes section are super small and limited by characters. This cause us to split notes by lines. This is main feature that we are using, because we need to leave notes about EACH order.

Support team is indeed quick and professional and they have an app for when you are out and about. Shopify integration however is not great: - the order panel in Willdesk only displays a few products from the customers order so need to view order in shopify to see all products. - order panel in Willdesk does not display variants (sizes, colours etc.). So a lot of clicking back to Shopify for these details. - shipping type (standard / express etc.) and shipping price paid not displayed in the Willdesk order panel so again, have to go back to Shopify for that. The pricing is in our opinion a bit misleading. AI is mentioned everywhere in the app store page but you need to pay extra fees which are not disclosed on the app store page, so you might not find this out until after you have invested time evaluating the product. We do not recommend Willdesk for apparel stores or Shopify merchants that have products with variants but is an ok option otherwise.

Has been a learning curve but must say the support is amazing with very quick responses when sorting any issues or answering questions. This is by far one of the best AI & Helpdesk app out here this apps capabilities are endless top with support that you can count on when you need them. The features with this app are amazing and the AI learns very fast and the best part is if it gets a question it can't answer it alerts you to take over and make sure customer is happy and has a clear understanding. It's a great app for encouraging your customers to reach out to you. Excellent customisation options to match your brand colours and options to add things like FAQ & order tracking. Customer support is also excellent, I had an issue my end integrating a third store and customer support sorted it quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The fact that you get the option to integrate three stores on the paid plan is well worth it! I would highly recommend and I will be using Willdesk for more stores in the future.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT TEAM! I subscribed to the Pro plan with WillDesk, expecting access to all premium features. However, since ChannelWill took over, I've noticed that these features are still not enabled. Although the ChannelWill support team has confirmed that I'm on the Pro plan, they mentioned it's the previous model and haven't activated the premium features. This situation is frustrating, and I'm quite dissatisfied with the response so far. App is good but the support team is not understanding.

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version. I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time. So highly recommended for small businesses. We have just installed and integrated the app, but we can already say that the features are really diverse, and the apps from Channelwill generally seem to contain more than one initially thinks. We immediately had contact with support and spoke with Mariadel, who promptly addressed our concerns and questions and also unlocked some additional features for us. She was very helpful and competent - just as one would wish. I am excited to see how our customers will find the integration and look forward to the first messages and opportunities that will arise from it. I would not recommend this app due to their new customer support team. They are not sticking to their commitments. Their old support members were very supportive. They have recently introduced a new pricing structure and I have been a pro plan member since long ago. However, after their new pricing, they didn't put my account on the new pro plan and asked me to upgrade to the new plan. At least it would help if you firmed on the commitment that you had made before.

A top APP! It offers a lot of customization options, live chat and FAQ page in one. The web app and mobile app also work very reliably. And I was always helped very quickly and competently with the smaller adjustments for my shop. Their flows are so badly made that you simply cant just edit something without deleting the flow. I messaged the helpdesk and i kid you not, its like 10-15 mins for each reply and eventually after an hour I figured out that you cant actually make a change on the flow without deleting your work you spent hours doing. Something sooo simple. So to add insult to injury, eventually i get annoyed and i say this is wasting my time (still keeping my cool here) and then the helpdesk said (because they know im going to delete the app) they can do the change themsleves......you WHAT????? iv been waiting over a hour for you to reply to help me and now your offering to just do it all in 2 mins yourself?? and only because you want to keep a subcriber??. Im offended with how little they considered my time. For all the shopify ecommerce people out there, you know how much graft building and maintaining a shopify store is, do we have time for this rubbish?

I installed this hoping to get this configured with my email so I could message and keep in touch with customers. After trying unsuccessfully to connect to my email I contacted support but said they would have to pass on to development team, after a week and no response I’ve decided to uninstall. You can’t use an app with support that’s non existent, I wanted to be able to keep in touch with customers, it’s a pity that Willdesk didn’t want to do the same.

I can see no reason to get this app when the Shopify app, Inbox is free. Inbox automatically emails the customer when the customer is offline. Willdesk would not connect to my Outlook and after many instances on chat support, I discovered the free app by Shopify, which seems to do a lot more with fewer hassles. The customer service for Willdesk is fast, but they couldn't work out the email issue. Shopify's Inbox does it automatically.

We used the App for some time and had a very good experience. It's not a gigantic suite, rather an App focused on doing what it is designed for. Developers are keen to hear you and add features that make sense. Customer support is great. Overall a fantastic App worth trying. We uninstall due to different reasons, but will certainly consider re-installing in future.

We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. WARNING: This app automatically modifies your stores live theme.liquid and activates its own widget immediately on install! This is the first time I've come an app that makes active modifications to the live theme without even a hint that any changes have been made. If I hadn't done my diligence exploring the settings and noticing the widget was already enabled and active, I would have unknowingly had a UI element interfering with my existing theme and confusing customers. The fact that these code changes are made automatically without consent or notice is bad enough, but beyond that there isn't even a proper uninstall option to automatically remove the code - all you get is a blurb in the FAQ section with an unreadably small screenshot with a red box around the added code and instructions to delete it. Of course the box also includes the final closing HTML body tag which needs to stay in the file, so if you miss that you might just break your site in the process. To the developer: add a welcome splash page that has a button to apply the code change to the theme, do not auto-activate intrusive store page UI features, and make a proper uninstall option to have the app remove code changes.

I am rating the Free version. for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself. i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear. thank you Mariadel | Willdesk Support Team from the apps support team who helped our business with questions.
