While my initial experience was genuinely frustrating, I also believe good customer service deserves recognition when a company takes responsibility and works to fix the problem. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience has been so bad that I don't want other business owners to go through what I did. I trusted Shiprocket with around 20 international shipments, and it turned into a complete disaster. Most of the parcels were stuck in India for over 25 days before they even left the country. Not customs abroad. Not the destination country. India itself. Whenever I asked for an update, I got the same copy-paste response: "We're working on it." No timeline. No accountability. No real explanation. Just excuses. They assign an account manager as if you'll receive dedicated support, but that's just for show. Once things start going wrong, you're on your own. My account manager kept giving excuses and eventually stopped answering my calls altogether. The worst part is that your customers don't know Shiprocket—they know your brand.Every delay, every complaint, every refund request comes back to you. While I was busy apologizing to my customers and trying to save my reputation, Shiprocket acted as if nothing had happened. Their support system is another nightmare. There is no proper way to speak with someone who can actually solve a problem. You're forced to use an incredibly slow chatbot that is almost useless. I raised multiple support tickets, only to find them closed without any meaningful action or resolution. If you're a serious business owner, don't look at their marketing—look at their service when things go wrong. That's when you realize how unreliable they really are. There are plenty of better shipping partners available. Even if another company costs a little more, it's still cheaper than losing your customers' trust. Shiprocket didn't just delay my shipments -they cost me customer confidence, time, money, and peace of mind. I would never trust my business with them again, and I strongly recommend that you don't either.

My experience with Shiprocket has been extremely disappointing. Despite making countless calls and sending multiple emails, I have received virtually no resolution to my issues. Pickup requests are rarely completed on time, making it impossible to maintain reliable service for my customers. The customer support team appears to have little understanding of the problems and is unable to provide effective solutions. Every shipment feels stressful because there is no confidence that it will be handled properly. What is even more frustrating is that, on several occasions, orders were returned to me without my customer ever rejecting or refusing the delivery. This has caused unnecessary losses and has damaged my relationship with my customers. I strongly advise businesses to think twice before choosing Shiprocket. If your business depends on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction, relying on this service could seriously harm your reputation and customer base.

I hate this app. I purchased the Business Plan on July 16, 2026, but unfortunately, it has not been helpful. The charges are very high, and there is a significant difference between the advertised rate card and the actual prices I was charged. I expected better pricing and additional benefits with the Business Plan, but I haven't received any meaningful support or reduced shipping rates. Overall, I am disappointed with the value of this plan and do not feel it justifies its cost. ******************************************** Updating my review to 3.8 stars. Shiprocket, especially @Shiprocket entire customer support team, followed up and responded regarding the invalid discrepancy. I appreciate their efforts, responsiveness, and communication. For now, I’ll wait to see how things improve under the Business Plan, particularly concerning the remaining issues. If the service continues to improve and the pending concerns are resolved, I’ll be happy to update my rating further. ************** The app's customer support is good and responsive. However, the shipping charges are extremely high. They are taking both forward and reverse shipping charges on all shipments. We have delivered approximately 18 orders, and Shiprocket has charged both forward and return shipping charges on every shipment. Additionally, there is a very wrong discrepancy policy with Shiprocket and its courier partners. They are charging around ₹200 for shipping as well as ₹359 for discrepancy charges. Our product selling price was only ₹599, but Shiprocket took nearly ₹560 in total charges. Another major issue is that 2 of our products were lost by Shiprocket/courier partners during transit. For the lost products, they refunded only around 40% of the selling price, and that too was credited to the Shiprocket wallet instead of our bank account. We cannot properly use or withdraw the wallet balance because discrepancy charges continuously make the wallet balance negative. Whenever any refund or compensation amount is credited, it gets adjusted against the negative balance instead of being paid to us. They recover the negative amount first and then credit the remaining balance. Overall, there are too many charges, unfair discrepancy penalties, poor compensation for lost shipments, and non-transparent wallet settlement practices. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this app. Sellers should carefully review all shipping charges, discrepancy policies, and compensation terms before using this platform.

The customer support is a lie - there is a "button" that says "Call us" and it's not a button it's a span!!!! Liars, liars, liars. Second, the delivery was supposed to pick up our goods at 4PM. Never showed up. Client upset. Shiprocket doesn't care. Also, read all the 5 star reviews... they're all FAKE. PS: It's been 10 days. The delivery has not yet reached the location, and shiprocket doesn't do ANYTHING!

Worst app, turned my business into nightmare. They have assigned 200-300 accounts to a single person who hardly takes call or do meetings. Despite reaching good number of orders the attitude is still "chalta hai" and very casual. If you're a new business, never ever trust this app. Rather go for any smaller aggregator or shipway, atleast they will guide you with business problems. with shiprocket you will end up with sleepless nights and worst part is even whole leadership is rotten, even if you escalate to leadership they will justify their casual behaviour. End of era of shiprocket. On top of this Shiprocket engage team also does a lot of discrepancy, they silently increase pricing and when questioned they ghost you completely.

1 Star I have been using Shiprocket for the last 5 years as a D2C seller, but the service quality in the last one month has become extremely disappointing. Multiple times, delivery courier staff opened our parcels and items were stolen during transit. We provided complete proof including packing videos from our side and theft proof videos from customers, but there has been absolutely no proper response from the support team over email. Both Shiprocket and Shiprocket Cargo support teams are not responding responsibly. This is causing huge losses and damaging customer trust for our brand. A LOSS AROUNG 45K TILL NOW. Very pathetic service and poor accountability. After 5 years of using Shiprocket, I am finally stopping their service. I would strongly recommend all D2C brands and e-commerce sellers to avoid using Shiprocket if they value their shipments and customer trust.

You will keep loosing your money and you would not even know and at the end your business will be in huge losses. 1. You create a shipment and put the exact dimenion and weight of your package BUT when the package dimension is scanned in their warehouse there would always be a difference of 1-3 mm because our manual dimension check will always be different from their machine scanned dimensions. Then they will raise that shipment in Weight Discrepancy and you will be charged an extra KG for that minimal change in the dimension. Then they will impose extra charges for your shipment due to the Discrepancy which are way more higher then the nominal shipping charges. They give the time to raise the issue to solve the Weight Discrepancy of that shipment but you know what. If it was a matter of few shipments then i can understand but they raise the question on every shipment and if you are shipping 100 order per day then you need a team of 2-3 people to handle these Discrepancy which is an additional expense just for the shiprocket. I have never faced these Weight Discrepancy issue with Courier partners like Amazon, Trackon, DTDC etc because my box size are volumetric fixed they have been charging me the exact same as per my boxes but do not know why SHIPROCKET is raising Discrepancy for the same boxes in 90% of my orders and since these courier do ignore minimal change in box size but Shiprocket has find this wasy to fill their pockets and loot their Vendors. For an additional 1 KG Discrepancy weight they are charging me Rs100 to 150 /-. See the Level of Charges and Penalty they are charging under Weight Discrepancy. This is only successful if you have small package products like jewellery etc. For Medium and Big Versatile products would not recommend at all. 2. Account managers are total Useless they does not anwer your calls. 3. Creating at ticket is a Task since everytime you try to create a ticket it will not be created there will always be an error or some comments by shiprocket due to which you would not be able to create the ticket. Only Genuine option to resolve the issue is by calling the Customer Care but get ready to waste your 45-50 mins to actually get it resolved. Would strongly recommend to directly ship from the courier partners rather these intermediary organizations.

This is the worst shipping company you could think of, it will ruin your business reputation and will make you pull your hair because they wont solve anything. Plus Fraudulent fake access weight charges you will keep on seeing on your bill and you wont be able to anything about that. The lack of transparency, incorrect deductions, and repeated RTO losses make it very hard for a seller to rely on Shiprocket as a logistics partner. We strongly advise other sellers to **monitor wallet deductions, weight disputes, and invoices very carefully** before scaling with this platform.

This review has 2 parts: 1st part is my initial review 2nd part is the list of SERIOUS CHALLENGES I faced with them. Please keep these in mind before going for them so that you do not suffer later - you lose precious money and time (days - weeks in my case), your valuable reputation, and your peace of mind. I suggest you spend 15 minutes right now to save yourself from lots of trouble later. 1st PART BEGINS: I would encourage you to take into consideration all these factors before going for them - PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS AND ASK YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER ALL THESE QUESTIONS, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE. I started my dropshipping business 3 weeks ago. Over this time, I have given Shiprocket a business of ~ 50 INR K - could be more than that. I have a small business, and I am working alone right now. I was getting more than 100 orders per day as well. However, I have faced MULTIPLE SERIOUS CHALLENGES with the services of Shiprocket, and my new business is on the verge of shutting down. Bottom line ~ 70% RTOs. I was literally begging my account manager to help me before writing this review. In my case, the account manager had no clue what he was telling me. He would tell me different things on different days. We put in a lot of time (many days) to manually call the customers to confirm orders. We also sent WhatsApp confirmation messages to them. The same customers were later calling us to say that, if you cannot deliver, why do you take orders? Rather than spending time on expanding my business, product research, marketing, and analysis, I am spending the whole day on non-deliveries and RTOs. I understand some of them were genuine RTOs. However, many, and I mean many of them, were initiated by the delivery partners. I pay on average ~ INR 170 to Shiprocket for shipping for every order, and I am working on wafer-thin margins. This is what I have faced in many cases. I have the recordings also: - The delivery partner is asking the customer to cancel the order, giving multiple reasons - They tell the customer that the order will be fake - They refuse to travel to the customer's home even if it is 2-3 km away, - They do not call the customer even once, and many customers have told me that they had no clue when they were contacted - they tell me, just like they took my call, they would have taken any other call - They call them from IVR, and in many cases, customers who are unable to call back on IVR are helpless - They tell the customer that their home is out of the service area. My question: Why did you agree to deliver in the first place? and charge me for forward delivery, and now I have to pay for RTO as well. They claim they make 3 attempts to a customer for delivery, but in many cases, they do not make even one. Also, the solution they have given me is to hire a person to call customers for deliveries. This is a loss of revenue for me - many customers have cancelled because of these delivery partners; there is a loss of reputation - delivery partners telling the customers that the orders would be fake; I have to pay for forward delivery charges and RTO charges as well. I can't afford this much wastage of my money and time, which could otherwise have been used in more productive activities Last week's example - I must have spent ~8-9 hours per day on such issues, and then was awake the entire night to place the orders in the system, because I can call my customers in the daytime only. The entire day, I call the RTO customers. I cannot take more orders because of these challenges; the previous orders are not fulfilled, I do not get my revenue, and I can't pay my suppliers, who want advance payment. I have proof (recordings) that many of them are because of the problems I mentioned above. Also, I do not get time at all to analyse the performance of my business! Customer support is useless and gives set answers even after I share the recordings. They say that they will refund the forward delivery and RTO charges when deliveries are improper. I spend my entire day calling customers to get recordings as proof. But no success. My average order number was 100 per day, and I was selling only one product. What would happen if I sold more than 1 product, and the orders increased to more than 1000 per day? Should I keep on hiring people to call the customers? Does ShipRocket have no accountability? I have many orders in transit, but I do not know how they will be fulfilled. And I have orders with me that I am scared to place with them now. Rather than wasting money on undelivered orders and fake RTOs, I would rather cancel the customer orders. SERIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. 2nd PART BEGINS: FAKE RTOs - My number of delivered orders is 90, and RTOs are more than 170 in number, ALMOST 70% of my orders. This is a joke. Do they want me to assume that 70% of my customers returned the product? I called many customers myself and have proof that MANY were fake RTOs. Customers are calling from their side and enquiring about the product. I had no answer. I have recordings. I am not saying all are fake, but many of them are. Why should there be even 1 fake RTO when I am paying you for forward delivery in advance without asking any questions? Again, we manually called customers for days to confirm orders. We also sent WhatsApp confirmation messages to them. The same customers were later calling us to say that if you cannot deliver, why do you take orders? Let's assume out of 170, only 85 (50%) were fake RTO - I am confident that it will be more. Product price = 699/- Revenue loss = 699 X 85 = Rs. 59,415 for a business that has begun operations a couple of weeks ago. I stopped my business ~ 2 weeks ago because of a lack of funds - you have to pay your suppliers in advance and run ads. I went for early COD with Shiprocket, and because I was working on wafer-thin margins, I thought of cancelling it as it costs me ~1% of my sales, but I am glad I went for it. Otherwise, I might still be waiting for the money from those 90 deliveries - by the way, it's stuck on 89/90 for I do not know how many days. One time, after all these challenges, they stopped my COD remittance payment also- because my wallet went into negative because of RTOs, and they told me to first recharge, and then they will release it. Also, now to sell these fake RTO units, I have to again pay the forward delivery charges (assuming none of them are RTO) and run Meta ads. They claim they make 3 attempts for every delivery. The reality is that sometimes they will not even make one, and even if they make one and the customer is not available, the delivery person will ask them to cancel. The delivery person will take the customer's cancellation OTP and cancel the order. Later, you have to waste your time with customer support, giving them phone recordings, and they will reply with standard answers that the OTP was provided by the customer. Then you tell them that please listen to the recordings and that the delivery partner asked the customer to provide the cancellation OTP. You will be caught in a whirlpool of emails going to and fro, Excel sheets, maintaining a record of tickets - some tickets will be closed without your consent, some will be partially closed. You cannot raise a reattempt request for RTO even if it is fake, and you have the recording. Then you raise a ticket and make a record of it, and you get some reply after 2 days, so match it with the many spreadsheets that you have maintained day-wise. In my case, I have many Excel sheets for every day. E-commerce is a business where one tries to reach the masses, do upselling, do retargeting, and try to convert customers, but here they have made it a B2B kind of affair, where you have long sales cycles and you end up making multiple calls to multiple stakeholders for your deliveries. And there have been cases where customers were not contacted even once (manual or IVR), and it went to RTO. I have recordings, and it is clear that customers are not lying. It appears as if they do not even have the intention to make deliveries. Delivery partners will refuse to go to the customer's location and ask them to travel to their office or some other location; otherwise cancel. Please put yourself in the customer's shoes and tell me what you would do in such a situation. And then the customer support will tell that they got the OTP from the end customer. Delivery partners will not call them from their mobile phones, and the IVR call will go. If the customers are not able to pick up, they can't call back - attempt counted. And, if delivery partners can't go to the customer address, why did Shiprocket take the delivery in the first place - to earn freight charges, forward delivery, + RTO - for free? The company has one more way of looting businesses - weight discrepancies. They charge you for very small products at a price equivalent to 1 kg. We had ~100 weight discrepancies for our very small products. Also, they have stopped our hard-earned remittance. The account managers are unprofessional and do not respond. [...]

They also apply incorrect weight charges on shipments to loot more money. Zero Accountability: Shipments are safe in THEIR office (their own words), yet they expect me to book reverse pickups, visit their office, or pay fresh freight to get my own stock back. WTF is this? This company is an absolute nightmare — delays, theft, rejection of valid claims, fake weight charges, and shameless excuses. They’re experts at wasting merchants’ time and money. This company is only good at dragging, rejecting, and passing the buck. Every ticket is a new circus of excuses. They waste time, play blame games with courier partners, and make merchants suffer. If you want to save your eCommerce business, don't use Shiprocket as your shipping partner. I can give you 10 reasons for this advice: 1. Unqualified/unprofessional support staff. 2. Fake weight discrepancies - They steal money from your wallet without giving you any proof of weight discrepancies. They can even create weight dispute 2 months later of your shipment delivery. 3. Label tampering at the hubs. They full support their delivery staff even knowing that the parcels are being theft in their hubs. 4. FAKE delivery attempts. Even when the customers say that no one called about the delivery, their delivery boys reports that the customer was not available at the delivery address. Shiprocket fully supports these liar delivery boys. 5. Support tickets will be closed without adding any comments or answers. 6. No responsibility of lost and damaged shipments. 7. COD remittance will be pending for months and no one will respond on your tickets for it. 8. Support team plays ball-passing game when you are in trouble to deliver your shipments on time. 9. If you have breakable items in your shipment and it's returning back to you, only by the grace of god it can return to you unbroken. In 90% cases it will be broken. 10. It's not possible to get any claim for your lost or damaged shipments. There are a few more but if you are a wise eCommerce business owner the above are sufficient to avoid Shiprocket!! We have used them for 5-6 months and finally said goodbye to them now.

Extremely Disappointing: Hidden Fees, Terrible Support, and a Greedy Business Model I strongly advise against using Shiprocket. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative due to their exorbitant and unpredictable pricing, completely ineffective support, and a flawed portal system. The primary issue is the pricing. They charge significantly more for nearby shipping than one would reasonably expect. Furthermore, the platform forces you to constantly recharge your wallet. After depositing ₹500, they still demand additional payments when you select a shipping partner, holding your funds hostage. Their customer support is utterly useless. Agents provide no solutions, offer only excuses, and tell you to "wait" before hanging up. There is no real service—only a system designed to extract money. Ultimately, Shiprocket doesn't even provide the shipping service themselves; they merely act as a middleman for partner carriers. Because of their greed and impossible-to-satisfy payment demands, I was never able to actually use their service. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I see now why there are so many negative reviews after using their services. The support is almost non-existent from Shiprockets side, you would need to handle it directly with the courier companies. Even after raising the issues with the concerned team and AMs assigned there is no resolution for weeks. They will keep asking for rubbish documents in order to stretch the case in the end so that seller (you) would just drop it. This is very unprofessional behaviour and there is no fear of losing customers, as I can tell by observing them. As my orders increased the problems multiplied. Can't sustain this system for long run, moving on to find a reliable shipping broker which values its customers.

Shiprocket is not a logistics partner – it’s a SCAM platform designed only to loot money from small businesses. We’ve been using them for 7 MONTHS and every single time we raise a claim, it gets rejected with the SAME copy-paste reason: “awb is not properly visible in the unboxing video”. This is after providing crystal-clear, HIGH-RESOLUTION unboxing videos where even a 10-year-old can clearly read every single detail printed on the shipping label. STILL, they reject claims. It’s not a one-time incident – this has happened more than 20+ times with us. They keep selling unnecessary, overpriced “services” like delivery boost, rto suite, engage360, faster delivery etc. – but there is ZERO actual service or response. Their main focus is upselling useless subscriptions and making money, not helping sellers. To make it worse: • 40% of orders exceed the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) • Almost every courier makes fake delivery attempts, the parcels go in RTO, and we LOSE our customer forever • After RTO, we receive damaged or stolen products • We even paid ₹50–₹60 for “secure shipment insurance” on every order – still ZERO payout, claims are copy-paste rejected • If you ship 10 orders per day through Shiprocket, be ready to hire a full-time employee just to raise tickets, send mails for fake attempts/exceeded EDD, chase them for RTOs etc. – and EVEN AFTER ALL THAT effort, you get NOTHING We have now started shipping directly through individual courier companies (without Shiprocket) and the difference is DAY AND NIGHT: ✔ Faster deliveries ✔ No fake attempts ✔ No fake weight discrepancy ✔ No claims headache This clearly proves the issue is SHIPROCKET, not the courier companies. Even their “customer support” is pathetic. You waste 5 minutes explaining your problem – they disconnect the call. You call back and explain again – they disconnect again. It’s an endless loop. If you care about your brand reputation, customer trust and repeat orders – DO NOT use Shiprocket. They are not a logistics partner, they are a complete fraud and a money-looting platform.

Not one of the worst companies, it is the worst company that offers logistic services. I literally have cases where the product has been delivered to the customer, and they mark it as undelivered, and even after providing them with the proofs of the delivery, they have marked it as RTO. Their team is so irrelevant they have a script they will just read it they don't have any solution for the problem. Even if you raise a ticket after a day or two they mark it as resolved without even verifying whether the attempt made was genuine or not. I have raised complaints so many times they haven't given any solution till now. For them, 3 attempts from the delivery side are like the maximum effort anybody could have done in their life. Their team is also fake, just like their false remark. When it comes to accountability (What's that?). Shiprocket will always say, "It's from the courier company's end" Dude? Then why are you here? Just to deduct money from the wallet of your customers. The NDR is also useless; it seems like they are not trained at all for everything "Can I keep you call on hold for 60sec" Is it a joke or what? And after that, again they ask for hold. Why can't you resolve it right away? For them, customers are a joke, they just enjoy sitting in the office, and their customer support team is the best among all the teams in reading the script... Especially, their senior team, by any chance, if they connect with you, dude, they are the real actors. In one of my cases, the customer didn't receive the call for the delivery and was marked undelivered again and again. When the senior asked her, Are you ready to collect the delivery? The customer said yes. A normal person would have rearranged a delivery, but guess what, it was marked RTO because 3 attempts were made. Then why the hell do you confirm with the customer? I have raised my concern at escalations@shiprocket.com and no solution with in day or two they resolved cases and most of them were fake remark cases still they are resolved. God knows how I have many such cases. Guys, if you are choosing Shiprocket, please understand that you only have to fight.

Extremely Unethical – Cashback Given, Then Revoked Without Notice We were promised Blue Dart shipping at ₹189/5kg by Shiprocket sales executive Jasmeet Kaur. Based on that, we booked 700+ parcels. Later, we realized we were overcharged and lost nearly ₹1 lakh through excess shipping fees and COD deductions. After escalation, Shiprocket issued a ₹20,000 cashback on 14-May-2025 as partial settlement, and Jasmeet personally requested us to remove our negative reviews from LinkedIn and Shopify, which we did in good faith, believing the issue was resolved. Shockingly, on 21-June-2025, Shiprocket reversed the cashback without informing us—no call, no email, no reason. This is highly unprofessional and damaging to sellers who trust this platform. We run a legitimate e-commerce business and expect transparency from our logistics partners. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable. Sellers, be warned: Always get everything in writing. Don’t trust verbal commitments or short-term resolutions. Shiprocket’s system lacks accountability.

REV protection charge is the charge they collect on every shipment to deliver that shipment on time. if they deliver that shipment on time that rev protection charges will be their income and if they dont deliver it on time they will return that rev protection charges only. hear me loud they return rev protection charges only which they deduct at the time of shipment booking. they dont return shipping charges for late deliveries. so scam is you pay extra to do their work on time and if they dont do it on time they will return that extra money only. Worst support shiprocket has. I created an account on shiprocket and started placing orders, but COD money was not coming to us. We checked and found Invalid bank. It was not clear that what is invalid. Talked to customer care and they said your bank refused to accept money, but bank was saying there was no request came to them. We asked for rejection proof from shiprocket but they denied giving. Then one of the customer care guy asked me to change bank details. I tried that also, but it was saying bank details are not matching with KYC details. There is no option coming to change KYC details. My money is stuck since last 15 days and nobody is helping us.

I won’t be able to continue using Shiprocket any further. This platform is neither seller-friendly nor customer-friendly. We are facing courier issues on a daily basis where the resolution is supposed to come from Shiprocket, but it seems like you do not care about either the seller or the customer. This year alone, we have received a lot of wrong products, and despite paying extra for QC, only 50% of the claim is provided. Why should we bear this loss when it is not our fault? Other marketplaces we work with provide a 100% refund in such cases. Fake delivery attempts are another major issue. While I understand that this is the courier's fault, it is your responsibility to ensure a genuine second attempt. We raise complaints with call recordings daily, yet many shipments are marked as RTO, and we don’t even get any freight refunds for them. We sent over 5,000 shipments in December and were assigned a KAM. His only job seems to be raising complaints, which doesn’t help us when urgent support is required for successful deliveries. Tickets remain unresolved for 7-8 days, which is unacceptable in logistics. We are also dealing with shipments marked as undelivered even though they were delivered. We’ve submitted all required proofs, but nothing is done. In a recent case, a prepaid order wasn’t delivered to the customer. We raised a ticket for the POD on December 28th, and it is still pending. The customer is now threatening to file a complaint against us in consumer court, so we not only have to refund them but also bear the loss of the product. If you cannot deliver prepaid orders, shut your company down. We stayed with Shiprocket because of the deadweight billing advantage as we sell clothes. But in the last few months, we’ve been hit with 150-200 weight discrepancy every week. Even after submitting all required proofs, all of them are rejected. To add insult to injury, we’ve received quotes from other couriers that are ₹15-20 cheaper than Shiprocket for 0.5 kg shipments, and yet we’re stuck with this kind of cheap service. Your service is causing losses to our business, and we cannot afford to work with a company that fails to deliver basic support and resolution.

Worst kind of support and service, their team does not have any control over the shipping services they provide, you will have to either deal with the respective courier directly or your shipment will be returned, there team only claims the outcome of your talks and communications as a reason to close the support tickets, i have had multiple orders lately returned that too the paid ones which were confirmed with proof of chats with the buyer after each NDR, funny thing is one of my shipment was in 2 parts for the same item, who were complimentary to each other and the part which i shipped directly was delivered in 3 days without any issue but the shipment with the service of Shiprocket is marked as NDR mentioning as the customer refused 3rd time today even when i submitted the confirmation for the same during past 2 NDR.

After a year of use, I can say that Shiprocket is not appropriate for small businesses like mine. Every time I place an order for pickup, the courier partners always display weight inconsistencies/descrepencies and charge more than the actual delivery fee. It is very frustrating to call every time to their executive and ask for help. Even though I upload all the images of the shipment with length, width, and height measurements, they still show weight discrepancies either with dead weight or volumetric weight. Its very annoying and frustrating. I am completely dissatisfied with the service they are providing.

My issue is that RTOs are being sent to my suppliers' addresses, not mine. The proof you provided is of their receiving, not mine. On my Shiprocket dashboard, I've provided my address accurately everywhere: "A-683, Gali No-15, Part 2nd, First Pusta Sonia Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi, India, 110090." Despite this, RTOs are still being sent to incorrect addresses. Only a few RTOs are reaching there, while others are going elsewhere. I've already informed your internal team multiple times that occasionally I receive 6-7 RTOs at my address. I need all RTOs delivered here, as it has always been stated. I'm not sure what's being done. This is precisely the issue I've been highlighting in my emails, which is causing me immense frustration. Despite repeatedly informing you via calls and emails to at least stop sending RTOs until the issue is resolved, it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Even today, an RTO was sent, and who knows where it ended up. The AWB is "344789357475." It's absurd that despite my constant complaints, RTOs continue to be dispatched incorrectly. Your system is flawed, and then you state that if there's no response within 48 hours, the ticket will close. Am I expected to send emails for every single RTO daily? Despite my complaints, there's been no response, and despite my request to stop sending RTOs, there's still no response. Initially, when I noticed two RTOs marked as delivered but not received, I contacted your customer support. They initially claimed there was an issue with the address, but when I checked my dashboard, everything was correct. After they verified, they admitted the address was indeed correct and suggested I might have updated it after the RTO issue arose, assuring me that future RTOs would be sent to the right address. I let it go at that time since it was just about two RTOs, but now the number has exceeded 30, causing daily frustration. I have already shared screenshots before, and I have shared screenshots over the call. If necessary, I can even provide remote access to my system, although I believe you can check this yourself. I just want a solution, no more excuses, and no more wasted time. Please do not repeat the previous excuses. I urge you to conduct a proper investigation, or I will take this matter to consumer court. I cannot bear further losses due to your errors. My demands are: Immediate investigation and correction of this issue. Delivery of all pending RTOs to my address without further delay. Compensation for any losses incurred due to your system errors. Please conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, call me to resolve this issue quickly. I am unable to scale my business due to this ongoing problem. I need the RTOs delivered to my address or a refund for those sent elsewhere. Just fix the problem and collect any details you need from me to do so.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket. Despite the fact that my order was successfully delivered to the customer, I attached an image for proof, Shiprocket dashboard still showed the order as undelivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to resolve this issue, but it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, when I received the shipment back, it contained a completely different product than what was originally sent, because obviously the customer already received the order. This is a clear indication of negligence and mishandling of the order. I am utterly unsatisfied with the lack of control over shipments and poor service provided by Shiprocket. And this is not the first time I've faced this issue, there are several different issues like lost shipment, undelivered shipment wtc with their service. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I don't know how they say sorry to so many customers and collect paycheck and go home. probably that's only they are good for and are suitably employed by company. Noone ever solves anything including their senior managers who are just more experienced in saying sorry in better language and authority and that even they have escalated the issue. To whom, no one knows and nothing happens. The tickets are shown resolved after 48 hrs having done Nothing. Most pathetic service. Have had enough now.

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. I have been using Shiprocket for years. not because I want to, but because I am forced to, as there aren't any alternatives. All those problems that were there when I started using Shiprocket are still there. This means that they have no plans to change. They will deliver 80% of your orders without any hassle. The remaining 20% will get undelivered, with fake delivery attempts. They don't have any leverage over these couriers like Delihivery and Amazon-Masters of Fake attempts for COD. And those 20% undelivered orders are enough to give you massive headaches and unwanted criticism from Customers. As a Brand, this alone will tarnish our reputation. Though they are coming up with new offerings, everything is based on their core offering as Courier Aggregators- And they have failed miserably in this. Frustrating. Head-Ache Inducing.Pathetic. Good for Nothing Customer Care will ask for 24-48 hrs to find the solution- and that solution will be RTO, with the hungry Courier Companies charging you for sending the package back to us. Just think about it- They show the audacity to take shipping charges, make fake attempts, and charge us for RTO, thus making us pay for their mistake. It's a minimum loss of 200 Rs per order. Just Imagine how it will affect our business. There will be thousands of Sellers with this same experience. I hope their CEO sees this comment. I hope they correct themselves. But, all these years of my terrible experience suggest that they won't change. What a Pity!!!

The support is the most pathetic. There is a lost shipment which has been 'Shiprocket Secured' and shipped on March end via Indiapost. The shipment was lost. After escalating the issues, they take 3 months of time postponing the response and close the ticket claiming the shipment has been delivered. Even after submitting the voice recoridng of the customer claiming that no one has contacted him, they just repeat the statement that it has been delivered without giving any proof. We understand that shipments can be lost occassioanlly. But what is the purpose of charging extra money in the name of 'Secure Shipment' if they just want to waste months of customer's time in following up and try to dodge with false claims.

They dont have any control over the courier partners. Delivery people keep on updating fake remarks again and again but they are not able to get the order delivered. Earlier the NDR management was automated and free but now they want us to pay 5% + GST of the value of order shipped for this, means they want to punish the seller for fake remarks of courier. And recently a customer did a spelling mistake and entered village name as "Meeli" instead of "Meetli" which are easily identical and they did not deliver the order saying that the address is wrong and the delivery person did not feel relevant to call the customer. So dont expect wonders from them.

USELESS SERVICE & SUPPORT - I escalated the issue,that customer might not have received the product after sometime, and requested for the POD. But shiprocket team simply said that they wont be able to provide the POD, as the TAT for the same is 3 days, after the delivery of the product. Happened with AWB number 339101337020. I have taken their enterprise plan, I was expecting a bit of help from there end, but they simply said that you raised the issue after 3 days, so Shiprocket is not responsible for the loss. I regularly check the rating of the courier from which we send the courier and then send the package. But even after that this issue happened. Better deal directly with the courier companies or other B2B vendor, as they can provide you with the POD & even refund the courier & charges even after 3 months of raising the issue

The support team is not at all good. We got a weight discrepancy, for which we escalated the issue to shiprocket (awb 624850217). And they rejected the discrepancy, and they charged us for 20 kg, instead of 5 kg. And they dont send out the notification for the same, and when I re-escalated, they told us that you should have reverted us within 48 hours of the rejected weight discrepancy, for which we never got the notification. Very very bad service by shiprocket. Better go for some other options

Pathetic experience! Shipped first order with Shiprocket, and then there's a stream of worst experiences that it brings along.... courier pick up happened after 3 days that too after calling the customer care service... and then absurd weight discrepancy by their Bluedart courier partner & deducted more than Rs.200 extra for their self-generated false discrepancy.
