As a company that is deeply invested in creating premium customer experiences, we hold the platforms we use to a very high standard. While Sky Pilot provides a robust and reliable digital delivery infrastructure, what absolutely blew us away was the human element behind it. I want to specifically highlight Nejla, the Product Owner. Throughout our rigorous testing and setup phases, Nejla provided a level of transparency, integrity, and genuine care that is incredibly rare in the SaaS industry today. She didn't just act as "support" - she acted as a true partner. She patiently guided us through complex technical boundaries, offered honest solutions, and went above and beyond to ensure our specific needs were met without any pressure. In an era where many companies hide behind automated bots, having a dedicated professional like Nejla in your corner is a game-changer. Five stars for the app, but ten stars for Nejla and the team's phenomenal partnership! Highly recommended.

I've had SkyPilot for a long, long time and I've never had a single issue with it. I'm not the most tech-y person, but it's simple to use. Definitely an excellent way to deliver digital products.

First and foremost, this app's customer service is outstanding, responsive and accessible in real time with real people. I had some unique issues today and Lina on Chat was very professional and accommodating. This app makes it possible for me to have the highest quality experience for users of my digital files who aren't necessarily the buyers of my digital files. Highly recommend.

Slowing down
Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads usually gets about 6 reviews a month. It got only 4 in the last 30 days. That is -33% against its own 90-day pace. We publish this beside the ranking, never inside it – the order is the rating, and a good month does not change how good an app is.
Work on Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads?
Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Selling products. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
