This app is absolutely seamless in terms onboarding and automatically learns all pages, policies, FAQs and products etc on your store whereas other apps may take longer to teach it and create FAQs etc or even 'workflows' and a lot more setup time. I've only been using it for 3-4 days but I haven't seen any customers interact with it yet at all and I have fairly decent daily traffic. And no measureable benefit and I've got it turned on on all pages on my store. And for me increasing conversions, upsells plus providing a customer contact point for issues would be the main objectives and I'm seeing nothing from that yet but maybe too early to tell

cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies. Enfin il serait aussi bien de passer la main à un agent humain lorsque le client le demande et pour cela il faut programmer des heures d'ouvertures. Nous utilisons smartbot depuis presque 12 mois. Si au début cela était convainquant, le conseil produit est très très approximatif voir faux. Nous l'alimentons régulièrement et malgré cela le conseil est mauvais. Nous sommes déçus et nous regardons pour changer

It was a bit of a work to "train" it to understand our products and the strange questions our customers ask, lol, but once you put in the response you want, it does a fantastic job! This program saves us so many customer service inquiries. Some tips: Read the conversations so you can see what the bot is saying, then go in an "train" it to respond more appropriately. After uninstalling the app, their manager sent me an email. When I replied to this email again requesting a refund, I received no response. So far, my experience with this app has been smooth. I still have to test it for a few more days to see if it performs as expected. However, sometimes there are some issues like, occasionally telling customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory, recommending products that are not necessarily our best sellers, or not answering to questions when prompted. Additionally, I feel that the order status answer is a bit limited because it could retrieve the estimated shipping times from the product pages but it doesn't. The value is also a bit higher than other available options, so one needs to see their options and decide :)

We gave it a quick trial and unfortunately the bot is not very smart. It gave wrong answers regarding our Shipping Cost even though it's stated in the Shipping Policy, it also fails to detect if someone wants to speak to the support. You can't upload any documents or links to train the bot to make it smarter, so we decided to deinstall again.

After a few days of trying to get some answers from support I have changed my rating. Yes this app looks very nice but you don't have enough control over the AI bot and it can give out wrong info and yes you can add answers to a knowledge base but there is no way to stop it from making suggesting that you don't want. And trying to get support you would think they have it, but they don't I have emails that have never been responded to. And some many questions never answered. So I will have to delete this app just do to the lack of support and questions on how to's.

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

Je recommande l'app SmartBot à 100%. En effet, après avoir testé une vingtaine d'app de chat, je n'ai jamais eu ce que je voulais. Une fois j'avais une app qui demandais à un humain du service client quand elle ne savait pas mais on ne pouvais pas demander au bot de reprendre la conversation. Une autre fois j'ai eu une app pas assez professionnelle ou qui ne respectais pas la charte graphique ou l'image de la marque. Après avoir également testé les apps redirigeant vers WhatsApp, je me suis rendu compte que cela n'étais vraiment pas optimisé. Bref, cette app est pour moi la meilleure à avoir !
