it great to see 85% of users give a 5 star, i sure cant. the app works well enough but when i tried to cancel charges kept coming. and for that they get 1 star. if you cancel charges should stop. sure i get it if cancelled in middle of a cycle but 2 additional months of charges unacceptable. and good luck trying to find the right dept. to dispute charges.

DISHONEST BILLING FRAUD & FAKE REFUNDS - AVOID! Do not download this app! I canceled my free trial well before the deadline and received confirmation, but Spocket's automated system illegally double-debited my bank account anyway on July 23rd (Charges: N165,039.13 and N109,559.13). After leaving a bad review, a support manager emailed me begging me to remove it, providing a fake refund receipt for $78.99 to trick me. The money never arrived in my account. Instead, their system just hit my card with a THIRD unauthorized fraudulent debit today (August 7th) for N69,024.02! They are actively draining my bank account despite written cancellation proof. My bank has officially flagged this merchant (+16285007722) for card fraud and has initiated an aggressive multi-chargeback investigation. Absolute scammers! I will not take down this review until every single kobo is returned to my account. If you don’t wnat to loose all your money in your account don’t use this app

In our 3 years of using Shopify we never had such a horrible experience. The app is barely useable, offers very little compared to what it says, and the UI looks and feels like it was built in one evening using AI. After realising that the app won't work for us, we tried to cancel our membership which took us down a maze were we had to do multiple steps just to cancel. Horrible app and would not recommend to anyone looking for something more than just a tool for aliexpress dropshipping with a premium on top.

Totally disgusting. After months of work, I'm starting to gain credibility thanks to other apòp. Spocket immediately makes me lose my most important orders despite having high inventories. When I place the order, I'm told the product is out of stock, leaving the customer without the product, having to refund and losing credibility. After months of cataloging, money spent on advertising, etc.

Do NOT use this app. It is so broken in so many ways. There are so many easy fixes but they refuse to do them. First, you can NOT contact almost any of the suppliers, like really??? You have to do it through customers service which takes way too long and is such an inconvenience. Half the sellers on the platform are not active. So most of the stuff you sell will never ship. It's impossible to tell which suppliers are highly rated and which ones are not (they all have 5 star ratings.... okay, sure). There is no way to see your product connected in shopify. By that I mean in shopify if I want to see my product in Dsers, I can click view in Dsers, or if I am in Dsers, I can click on the product and it'll bring me to that product in my shopify store. There is zero way to do this in spocket. Also, if you try deleting a product in spocket it does NOT delete it in your store and again, there is no way to find it unless you look through each product for it's product image since they do not even sync product titles or anything. Hell, they almost never even sync inventory correctly. There's no "stop selling when out of inventory" option on spocket. I mean it's just INSANE how much the app is missing. Genuinely impossible to maintain a business if you use this app, I'm really not kidding.

Unfortunately, my experience as a supplier was extremely poor. You should be fully aware of what you’re getting into here. Orders were canceled during the ordering process even though the merchandise was in stock. In total, my cancellations amounted to over $24,000. Customers and retailers asked about the merchandise, shipping status, and refunds—but support provided no clear answers. This isn’t just a minor technical issue; it affects payouts, fulfillment, communication, order status, and trust in the entire supply chain. I had listed over 5,000 products, had genuine inquiries from retailers, and active orders. Yet much remained unclear: whether customers got their money back, whether the merchandise was shipped correctly, why orders were canceled, and when pending payouts would be processed. The support seems to consist of automated responses. Time and again, I’m told that the issue has been escalated, but I haven’t seen any real solutions or clear accountability. For me, this is the worst service I’ve used in this field. Spocket deliver a shocking experience. Their platform barely works, constant issues with logging in among not being able to even use your product allowance for what you pay. You can report issues till you blue in the face, NOTHING GETS RESOLVED. All you ever get told is they have reported it to the tech team. Spocket is a company on the DECLINE. Obviously poor leaderhship. Their live chat support is also clueless. They also rate some suppliers which are known to be SCAMMERS like BigBuy Dropshipping as TOP NOTCH suppliers which is a joke. BigBuy has a 1 star rating on Shopify. Stay away from Spocket. Its a shitshow!!!

This app operates like a billing trap dressed up as a dropshipping tool. For 2–3 days straight I could not log into my own account. Not to cancel. Not to change my password. Not to remove my card. Not to read a single line of my own billing info. The dashboard was completely dead. I was a paying customer locked out of the service I was paying for. With no way back in and my store waiting on suppliers, I had no choice but to open a second account just to keep operating. So now I was paying Spocket twice for the same business — one account I couldn't even access. Eventually I cancelled both accounts. I have the cancellation receipts. Saved. Time-stamped. Done. Today my bank flagged an $80 charge from Spocket. For two cancelled accounts. After being locked out of one of them without warning in the first place. I've filed a complaint with my bank and requested they either block Spocket permanently or reissue my card so this company can never touch my money again. If you run a serious Shopify store, do not give these people your card number. In my case, they locked me out, forced me to pay twice, and kept charging me after I cancelled. This is not a supplier. This is a billing trap. One star is too generous. After Spocket's public reply asking us to "contact support," here is what is already on file with their team: On May 16, Spocket's Head of Operations wrote, in writing: "a full refund and cancellation of your account." We accepted the same day — itemized $78.49 ($48.91 + $29.58), the two accounts to cancel, and asked for written confirmation plus transaction references. They confirmed: "I've noted the two accounts for cancellation … and I am ready to proceed with the full refund of $78.49." However, the refund was conditioned on (1) cancelling our open Eurobank dispute before any refund is issued, and (2) removing this review — quoted: "I kindly ask if you can remove the review as well as this will serve as my ticket to expedite and bypass our refund process." The same email was resent verbatim on May 18. We declined both. Reviews are not bargaining chips, and no customer should drop their bank dispute before a written commitment is honored. Once the refund clears, we will update this review.

After i have posted earlier today regarding my bad experience with spocket, the operation manager herself has contacted me to tackle the issue and appologize on the way the customer service had dealt with my complaint. She was really professional and has resolved my issue, i have been offered 3 month free of charge and a full refund for the period where i couldn't use my account for more than a month and no body could address my problem. I am looking forward to have to change the way i perceived the spocket team and i hope for a positive experience going now forward. Thank you!

I strongly do NOT recommend Spocket. The app has benn barely functioning over a month, especially when it comes to integration with Shopify, which constantly fails or disconnects. For a fropshipping platform, this is completly unacceptable. The customer suppport is by far the worst I have experienced with any Shopify app. Responses are slow, generic and completly unhelpful. It feels like no one is actually solving the problem. Even worse, billing management is extremly problematic. Once you subscrube, it becomes very difficult to properly disable or cancel billing plan. The system is dsigned to trap users in subscriptions. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. One of the worst apps I have used.

If I could give zero stars I would as I have requested since October to have this account closed and to stop billing and every month they continue to bill my account $99.99. Every time a new payment goes through, I go through the whole process again to stop the billing only to wait a month to see if I am billed again. FIVE months now I am dealing with this and over $500 later I am still not sure if they are going to stop the March billing.

UPDATED REVIEW 1/26/26: We are lowering our review from 2 stars to 1. We will most likely be removing this application from out store effective immediately. Spocket has made it clear to us they have no idea what they are doing. Their founder is obviously not caring about the product anymore we even reached out to him multiple times on LinkedIn. Customer service is awful. They can never correct issues in a timely fashion. Supplier inventory is NOT real time synced with their system. They take months (not the 5-7 business days they claim) to refund you for products and if you open a chargeback they pass that along to their suppliers taking literally no blame upon themselves. They conveniently "don't tell the truth" by sidestepping and providing fluff responses not attempting to solve issues raised. Our operations have become a nightmare and they have cost us thousands of dollars worth of issues from missed ROI in ad spend, customer frustration, overhead dealing with problems caused by them, and much more. They are horrendous, incapable of solving problems. Inventory is fake, items are not represented effectively, and they never give your money back. OLDER REVIEW 01/05/23: We have been a long time Spocket user now for over two years. We have grown very disappointed with our experience with Spocket. There have been many behavioral problems that have started to drive us away from them as our business has been scaling upward. For starters a massive order for jackets, which initially was a large issue because (allegedly according to the supplier who also failed to supply full evidence of this) the full shipping charges were not applied to our checkout. Shipping charges that the supplier wanted to increase outside of the charges Spocket was applying. Which created a delay in shipping, and withholding of items we had already paid thousands of dollars for. Spocket did rectify this situation admittingly by offering us some clarity in our agreement to them... but after considerable amounts of stress, weeks and weeks of time, and an angry customer. Now the jackets came back small and we are being expected to hold the bag on a order that costed us thousands of dollars, when our customer has even agreed to pay all return costs and other overhead incurred while even offering to buy more in addition to larger sizes! Their customer service team continues to ask our customer to provide outlandish amounts of photo evidence which they have, and continue to ask for more on behalf of the supplier without copying us to their correspondence so we have no clue if our request to pay in full for any overhead costs of returns are being communicated. We have, time and time again, asked them to copy us and we are just met with being ignored frequently by their staff. Our client is old, so shame on them for not realizing how hard it is to take a photo not to mention how frustrated he is with this experience - and we have told them the truth. He was even in pictures sent to them! Further on another small order, they messed up the return address which we provided to our customer. They omitted a 1 from the number. The shipment got sent back to our customer, and reasonably so, they are looking for compensation to send it a second time. Spocket's staff refuted us when we called them out on their mistake and said it wasn't a mistake they just missed the 1!?!? Seriously, that is still a mistake? When we press them on paying for this return because of this mistake they talk around it and also go silent.... a common trend when they are clearly in the wrong they just stop talking. We used to love Spocket as it was a great alternative to AliExpress. But now their handling of a scaling business is not working out too well. The only thing keeping us here right now is the limited availability of other alternatives to Spocket on the marketplace. Their item selection is also becoming a bit unfeasible to scale properly as their costs are growing too high.

Easy integration to Shopify.. Suppliers are some of the worst ever, delays in processing orders (I have orders pending for over 3 weeks now), refunds never reflected back, shipping inaccuracy (supplier claims to be based in the US, item gets delivered from China or Turkey).. I'm currently in the process of changing to another provider as this app is not reliable at all and will eventually harm your business.

Posting this as a warning so others don’t make the same mistake I did. I run a TikTok Shop (US-based). I chose Spocket specifically because of their marketing around US suppliers and content implying TikTok Shop usage. I relied on that when choosing them over alternatives like Trendsi. I onboarded a Spocket supplier and fulfilled orders through them. What followed: - Repeated late shipments despite “US supplier” labeling - Poor product quality leading to refunds/returns - TikTok Shop penalties due to fulfillment performance - Removal from TikTok affiliate access - Listing limits imposed by TikTok - Significant revenue loss (I was previously grossing ~3k/month) When I contacted support after the damage, I was told Spocket “isn’t set up for TikTok,” which directly contradicted the expectations set by their published content. I’m not posting this to rant or bash — just to warn others: If you are running or planning to run a TikTok Shop, be extremely careful relying on Spocket suppliers for fulfillment. TikTok is unforgiving with late shipping and quality issues, and supplier mistakes can permanently damage your account. If you’re already on TikTok Shop, I strongly recommend using fulfillment partners that are explicitly TikTok-friendly with proven 2–5 day shipping and strict QC. Hope this helps someone avoid the mess I’m cleaning up now.

Worst experience ever! To everyone who is trying to build a sufficient and profitable store or business, stay away from this ridiculous app. After months of advertising their products, I received my first 20 orders. Their suppliers canceled 30% of them, after weeks of processing and ignoring my messages. 50% of the rest orders are still left on pending after weeks since order placement. Customer support is completely useless, they are just good at saying sorry and escalating the cases. No one ever came back with an answer or even a solution after 1 MONTH of chatting. They cant even communicate with their own suppliers. I have also even sent an official complaint email but of course no one answered. Until today they keep cancelling my orders on products that I spent a fortune advertising. Also, they have sent an order in a different US state address than the one my customer submitted. I lost a lot of money on these scammers and they have ruined my reputation and all my efforts. Stay away!!

Extremely Slow Support & Unresponsive Suppliers — Not Reliable for New Businesses I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Spocket deserves a clear and honest account for other small business owners. I waited over a month for Spocket’s team to resolve an issue that prevented me from placing even a basic sample order. The supplier I selected never completed their Stripe setup, and while Spocket repeatedly said they were “following up,” there was no progress for weeks. During this time, I couldn’t order products, test anything, or properly operate my store. I had already built my website around these items, only to discover the supplier was completely unresponsive and effectively unreachable. When I eventually cancelled my subscription due to the platform being unusable, obtaining a refund became another prolonged process. I was initially offered partial compensation (20%) or a complimentary extension instead of a straightforward refund. After further escalation, Spocket agreed in writing to refund two months — however, only one month was refunded initially. What followed was a series of generic, repetitive responses and shifting support agents, with no clear timeline or confirmation for the second refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved until I ultimately had to involve my bank to recover the remaining amount. While individual support agents were polite, the overall system feels fragmented and slow, particularly when supplier issues arise. For new businesses that rely on momentum, testing, and timely setup, this lack of responsiveness can be costly. I appreciate that the full refund was eventually completed, but the process involved unnecessary delays, inconsistent communication, and pressure to adjust or remove my honest review. For transparency and fairness to other merchants, I’m keeping this feedback public. If Spocket significantly improves supplier accountability and customer support consistency, I’d be open to revisiting this review. Until then, I recommend approaching with caution.

This app has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had on Shopify. I asked multiple times for my subscription to be cancelled and was told support would reach out because I could not cancel it on my own. No one ever contacted me and instead they continued charging my account. I ended up being billed more than $150.00 for a subscription I made very clear that I did not want. I had to change my card information and place a block on Spocket just to stop the charges from hitting my account. I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB so future businesses do not go through this same situation. I recommend avoiding this app until they fix their billing practices and their complete lack of follow through from support.

Updated Review – November 2025 If I could give this company 0 out of 5, I absolutely would. It’s now been over four weeks since Spocket promised to issue a full refund for an unauthorized $314.99 USD charge, and we’re still waiting. Despite more than 10 emails back and forth, all we get are vague replies like “we’re still coordinating internally” or “may we schedule a quick call?” even though we’ve made it clear multiple times that we prefer to keep everything in writing for accountability. The constant requests for phone calls and the lack of concrete action make it feel like they’re simply trying to delay the process. For a small business like ours, this kind of unapproved billing and prolonged refund runaround is completely unacceptable. The app is easy to learn to use, especially for beginners, Irene is the best! I have so many questions and she always seems to know the answers. I would have appreciated knowing that there was a limit to how many products you could import at the beginning AND that that meant EVEN if you change your mind, so lets say you delete a product and replace it with another product, EVEN if you haven't even sold any units, it doesn't matter. It still counted against my 25 imported items. This was very frustrating when I was just starting out and had not even sold one item yet! Things are getting better, though so we'll see how it goes. So far so good!

Je déconseille fortement cette application à tout e-commerçant sérieux. Deux commandes (18 et 19 septembre) sont restées bloquées “en traitement” pendant plus de 3 semaines, sans aucune expédition, ni nouvelle du fournisseur. Malgré mes relances répétées, le support m’a seulement demandé de “patienter 24-48h” encore et encore… jusqu’à ce que je sois obligé de rembourser mes propres clients. Un mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement d’une des deux commandes. Spocket promet un traitement en 2-3 jours et un envoi sous 5 jours — c’est totalement faux. Leur système est lent, opaque, et aucune responsabilité n’est prise du côté des fournisseurs. Résultat : perte financière, perte de crédibilité auprès de mes clients et perte de temps.

I ran ads, spent thousands of dollars, and when orders finally started coming in, they canceled everything, claiming the product was “out of stock.” Here’s the kicker — it showed high stock the entire time. No warnings, no updates, nothing. Just empty promises and lost money. Their system clearly doesn’t sync or update supplier inventory in real time. If you value your business and your customers, do NOT rely on Spocket. They’ll leave you hanging when it matters most. A total waste of time, money, and trust.

I subscribed to the Spocket Standard Plan, which was clearly listed at $59, but my account has now been charged $200. This is misleading and feels like a scam. On top of that, their so-called “non-refundable policy” is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be tricked into paying more than the advertised price, and then be denied a refund. Spocket’s practices appear deceptive and unethical.

Steer Clear – This App is a Total Scam This app is nothing but a money trap. First, the membership system is deliberately confusing and nearly impossible to cancel. Even after uninstalling, you’ll keep getting charged—so don’t expect an easy way out once they have your payment info. Second, the suppliers are terrible. Prices are outrageously inflated, and many products falsely claim to ship from the U.S. when in reality they’re shipped from China. Some suppliers take up to 8 days just to process orders before even shipping them—completely unacceptable for a dropshipping business where speed is everything. On top of that, the customer support is abysmal—slow to respond, unhelpful, and incapable of resolving problems. When you’re running a business, you can’t afford this kind of incompetence. Be very careful on sign-up! You can get a monthly or yearly subscription. I was fooled by their elusive pricing. The Unicorn package yearly was presented as 79 dollars, and did NOT have a "/per month" behind it. Apparently I forgot to check that somewhere else they stated to full price and got charged 948 dollars (79*12 months). I wrote their support literally a few minutes later, and they have been refusing to refund for three weeks sending me between now more than 6 AI support agents. This is a sad practice. At least acknowledge that you forgot to clearly state the full yearly price on your product page, change it and provide a refund for those you led astray.

FARE REVIEW of SPOCKET Things i love about Spocket is that they know the Audience they can focus on: - US & EU, Winning Products, Temu & Alibaba, Private Label - they have a good Service. Which hear and solve your issue ASAP. - But..... what i don't like about Spocket: - they call it US & EU, but when i scroll those products. Most of them are for US delivery. Expensive as hell like you can find such prices or even cheaper prices on every online store. So basically you can earn no Profit margin from it. - They have a category for Temu etc..But for that you have to buy an APP names Alidrop which is also a Paid app so basically they will earn money for Spocket and maybe from Alidrop Affiliate/Partner commission. - Winning products are very expensive and are very less products available in EU (Germany) - Their Filter is very Bad. I mean sometimes you choose men clothes and you still get products from Women category, it can be because of UNISEX products but still it is buggy. Sometimes Filter has no affect at all. - If i use only Aliexpress Feature and i want to import products it imports only half of product description but no Size chart, Not Real Price which shows on Aliexpress. - In comparision to DSERS, i would say it still has a long way to import Products attributes from Ali express. DSERS makes life a lot easier. - US & EU Category, Winning Products Category, Temu Category needs MAJOR REVAMP. - Private Label consists only Cosmetic Products but it needs other product categories too. - "Compare At Price" is not fully developed because it should be editable like "Sales Price" . Like i want to change all Prices at one click. I type my price in textfield and if i click "Set Compare At Price for all" it should change all. But there is no such button at all. - AI Feature is PAID which is not good at all. Shopify, Chat gpt, Gemini all those other AIs having FREE versions too so why does SPOCKET charges for AI Feature even though we brought a paid year membership. It should contain all the features they have to offer. NOT FARE ! - They have very less Products than Aliexpress and mostly when you try to import in ur import list you get error that the product cannot be imported for xyz reasons. It is very annoying because you get such error on 75% Products. SPOCKET needs FOCUS on these bugs, errors, feature requests otherwise i don't thing i will renew my subscription.

We installed Spocket through Shopify on February 11 and removed it from our Shopify admin panel before the 14-day trial ended. Despite never using the service and deleting the app, Spocket continued to charge us for 6 months without any notification or usage. When we contacted customer service, they acknowledged our case and initially promised a full refund. We provided clear proof of app removal and detailed invoice numbers. Yet only one partial refund was issued, and all further communication has been ignored for months, despite over 10 follow-up emails and documented chat logs with Spocket agents. This is not a misunderstanding ! and it's unacceptable behavior from a company operating in the Shopify ecosystem. We are now preparing to escalate this legally. If you are a merchant, think twice before trusting Spocket. Simply uninstalling the app won’t stop billing, and customer service will delay, deflect, and disappear when it comes to resolving issues. This experience has been exploitative and deeply unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience with Spocket. I reached out to their support team multiple times over 20+ days due to ongoing product import issues, which they failed to resolve. Their representative assured me that my trial would be extended and that I wouldn’t be charged for July and August — but despite this promise, they still charged me $99. I was misled, ignored, and charged for a service that wasn’t even working properly. I tried contacting them through chat and email with no resolution. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have since requested a refund and asked for my account to be deactivated. I do not feel this app is safe or reliable for business use. Use with caution — and be prepared for poor customer support and broken promises.

I have received the worst customer support that I have ever received from any company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered one product from them. I paid for the product and the shipping. I contact the support team on the chat multiple times. I actually received a fraudulent email from them saying that my item had been shipped. On the chat they said that it wasn't shipped because I had exceeded the processing time. They said they would contact the supplier to resolve the situation. I have been at it for over a month now. What should have been resolved by a simple phone call or email isn't happening. They offered me a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund and that I wanted the item that I had purchased and paid the shipping for. The issue is still unresolved. I ask them to update me by email and I can't even get them to send me an email. I am beginning to think I might have been scammed. If no resolution is going to happen soon I will take it up with Shopify. I am seriously considering going with another company. I am actually happy that I haven't received any other orders. I can't imagine the flood of emails that I would be receiving from customers demanding service or refunds. Spocket does not care about their customers. They just give you the run around I guess hoping that I will give up. I will not. I want the item that I purchased.

I installed and uninstalled the app on the same day - it isn't a viable business option from within South Africa regardless of what the app says. I have now been charged for the subscription fee. Within Shopify if the app is uninstalled the subscription is terminated for most apps. I can't for sure remember if I actively cancelled my subscription with Spocket (I've tried a LOT of apps) but this is the only app that still charges subscription despite the store being disconnected from them. I canceled the subscription before the trial ended, and the screen confirmed that my subscription was canceled. However, I was still charged $39.99. I contacted customer service and spoke with Angelique, who said they would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours. I followed up, but received no response. Additionally, she didn’t close the conversation, preventing me from reaching another agent. I do not recommend this app. They should handle cancellations more professionally and provide better customer support.

I’m extremely disappointed with Spocket’s billing practices. I was charged multiple times within the same billing cycle – $59.99 for the Professional plan, then $99.99 for the Empire plan twice, without clear explanation. Shopify also charged me $99 separately, bringing the total to over 350 USD for a month. When I contacted Spocket support, they offered only 3 months of free service instead of a refund, even though the service didn’t add value to my store. After I questioned this further, they stopped responding to my chat entirely. I'm now seeing many other users reporting similar issues — unclear billing, overlapping charges, and dismissive support. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank to file a dispute/chargeback as well as Shopify.

I have used Spocket for a while now. Usually, I have a good experience; however, I placed an order with a supplier, and the spocket system has duplicated the order 27 times leaving me out of pocket a lot of money as the transactions have all been completed. Money has been taken from my bank account! The customer service has been awful, and the only response I get from them is, "We've already reached out to the supplier and asked them to cancel the duplicate orders." This happened at the beginning of the week, and it's now the end with no clear resolution from Spocket. This should not be this difficult. I have now gone through PayPal to dispute the duplicates, as I'm still waiting for thousands of dollars to be returned to my bank account. There are also credit card and transaction fees that I doubt I will get back from Spocket.

This service has some good suppliers and products but the prices of most products are not competitive, a large number of their suppliers are other drop shippers shipping from AliExpress, selling at a large premium. The chat with suppliers feature is a total scam. I have contacted 10+ suppliers and gotten one response. None of them ever check it. The website is slow and the search does not work properly. This makes it very hard to find products. Also for some reason as you scroll products, spocket just keeps loading more products without getting rid of the ones you already passed. It will end up freezing the website due to loading so many products. When you have problems with orders, you cannot go to the supplier and have to go through support. Support will serve as a middleman to communicate with the supplier and often will get no response. If a supplier doesnt fulfill an order, which happens very frequently, maybe as high as 10% of order, then good luck getting a refund. Chat will tell you its been done and will show in your bank in a week or something and then 2 months will go by and you still will not. Youll end up having to do a chargeback or else you wont get your refund. If you use spocket you will give your customers a bad experience relatively often as many supplier take forever to ship. The expected processing and shipping times spocket shows are totally false. The cost of spocket is higher than most dropshipping platforms but spocket as a service is no better in any way. Spocket will also offeer promotions occasionally where theyll have you leave a review for a $100 credit. You will never get this credit. If you accidently extend your plan with their predatory one click renew, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. I wanted to buy the yearly plan with their promotion, accidently extended my current monthly with the misleading one click, and then they refused to refund me so i could get the right thing. While I have made some money on spocket, because of the terrible pricing on products as well as the very expensive subscription, the margins are very thin. I strongly suggest you avoid spocket.

I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues. Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members. They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products. Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all. Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Spocket. After one year of using their service and paying $948 for an annual subscription (12/2023 to 12/2024), I only managed to sell 3 products, as all other orders were either canceled or undeliverable. Throughout the entire period, there were frequent synchronization issues that caused numerous problems. Despite these recurring issues, I communicated politely and attempted to resolve matters fairly and openly. While the Spocket support team responded quickly, they often could only mediate. Suppliers were frequently unreachable, and there were long wait times. Delivery times were often not met, or products were canceled afterward. When I wanted to cancel due to these difficulties, I was offered a 3-month free plan. However, this could only be activated if I switched from PayPal to a credit card. After providing my credit card details, I was promised an additional three-month free extension, and the subscription was supposed to continue afterward. Instead, at the end of the contract period, I was charged another annual fee of $948. The promise of an anytime downgrade option is also misleading, as this only occurs with an additional payment and is credited to the existing plan. Moreover, canceling the plan results in immediate loss of access, despite having paid, and all communication via chat is cut off. After 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with a senior customer service representative, I was offered a 50% refund of the $948 Unicorn Plan, which I find outrageous and unacceptable. If the service had been perfect, I would have only needed a Pro Plan for $288, as only 30 premium products were relevant to me. During my time using Spocket, there were a total of 10 orders, only one of which was fulfilled. The products and service provided by Spocket are not competitive in the European market. Additionally, it became apparent over time that about 80% of the products come from BigBuy and are merely sub-products on the European market. To date, there has been no solution, and all communication with the support team via chat is now blocked. Communication is now only possible with senior managers, and since Spocket is based in Vancouver, Canada, there is a significant time difference. Beware and stay away from Spocket. In light of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Spocket at all.

Here's the truth about Spocket. All these other positive reviews are from people who just started using the platform and like what they see so far but ultimately have no idea about how things actually work here. I've been using Spocket daily since 2019 and during this time, I have accumulated extensive experience using the platform, interacting with their support team, understanding the nuances of its integration with Shopify, as well the entire dropshipping process Spocket facilitates, such as placing orders, processing times, supplier considerations, and the shipping of products to customers. This is what I can tell you. First, a heads-up: most dropshipping platforms are bunk. The industry is riddled with false promises of dropshippers making bank off their online stores when the reality is less than 1% will find success in this industry. Be sure to manage your expectations if you’re just going in for the first time. While Spocket is one of the better dropshipping platforms I’ve used over the years (and I honestly HATE saying that), it is still riddled with issues that will undoubtedly hinder your ability to succeed and will also surface unexpected roadblocks throughout your journey. This will make the likelihood of your success as a droppshipper considerably low. I’m going to focus primarily on my experiences regarding supplier issues, as this is the backbone of operations and has persisted as an ongoing problem for me since the beginning. Any experienced dropshipper knows that your business is only as good as your suppliers. Their processing times, shipping times, product quality, and return policy will all impact your success and bottom line. If the supplier disappoints your customer in any of these areas, you will suffer the losses—not them and not Spocket. While suppliers need to apply to be part of Spocket, I’ve encountered very little quality control in terms of supplier worthiness. There are often discrepancies with supplier inventory and variants from the numbers displayed in the product catalog vs what the numbers display once imported to your store. A product may appear to be in stock and have multiple variants available only for you to discover AFTER the import that the product has no stock or limited variants. I’ve had instances where a supplier has claimed to have products in stock up until the point when a customer places an order on my store and I go to fulfill it, whereupon suddenly I am informed the product is out of stock or unavailable and I am forced to refund my customer’s order and suffer reputation damage in the process. Additionally, you’ll find suppliers who have many products listed, however, nearly all of them have essentially low stock or limited variants or tags such as “DELETE” or “DISCONTINUED”. This makes browsing the product catalog and researching products to import extremely time-consuming and unreliable. The fact that Spocket allows suppliers to list numerous products without ample inventory is a key example of a lack of quality control in regard to facilitating the dropshipping process. Check out the supplier “Black Jasper” (which is a Spiral Direct reseller) to see what I mean. They currently have a large selection of products available to import, however, you’ll notice 95% of them have little to no stock or variants available. Here's an example: As of the time of writing this, I have a customer who placed an order on my store on October 17, 2024. I paid the supplier and requested fulfillment less than 2 hours after the customer placed their order. The supplier advertises their processing time at 1 business day and a shipping time of 4-7 business days. A week passed and the supplier had not even processed the order, let alone shipped it. Then another week passed. I reached out to Spocket to inquire why my order hadn't shipped. As usual, they strung me along ensuring they were looking into it without ever following up. Finally, almost a month later, on November 11, 2024, they informed me the supplier couldn't fulfill the order. My customer had to wait a month for me to notify them their order wasn't coming and then I had to refund them. Spocket was happy to keep my transaction fees though and will only refund me for the base cost of the product. As of December 10, 2024, I still have not received a refund, making it now 30 days since I was informed I would receive one. At this point, I have paid for a product that was never processed and Spocket has, by definition, stolen my money. The supplier in this instance is “Orange Poppy” and they do not provide returns, refunds, or cancellations which grants them complete impunity in the instance something goes wrong - and mark my words, it does. I've encountered this issue on several occasions with this supplier and brought it to Spocket's attention many times. They always say they're going to look into it to ensure it doesn't happen again, but it always does and at this point, I believe it always will. Spocket profits off both suppliers and retailers. They win either way. You as a Spocket Dropshipper stand to lose the most because even though Spocket says their suppliers are "vetted" they clearly are not. Additionally, they suffer no consequence for failing to process or ship orders once you pay for them. This product that my customer ordered is listed as a “Premium Product” in Spocket’s product catalog. If you don’t know already, a large majority of Spocket’s products are listed as “premium”. This is because you are limited to the number of premium products you can import to your store based on the tier of your subscription plan. By making a large majority of products “premium”, Spocket forces you to upgrade your plan but this is unjustified as frankly, there is NOTHING premium about these products, which can be easily seen from this experience and the countless others I've had. They offer no advantage in quality, processing time, shipping time, supplier support, or otherwise. If you visit a supplier page in Spocket you'll see a star rating system that shows the supplier's fulfillment rate. It's important to note that this is not a dynamic rating system but basically an image of 5 stars that is completely static. This fulfillment-rate-star-rating system does not change based on whether the supplier actually fulfills the order or not so if you're thinking of using that system to determine the reliability of a supplier, just keep that in mind. It's a useless feature. Since starting my store, I’ve had around 40 products that I had imported become deactivated by their corresponding suppliers. That’s 40 redirects I’ve had to make to product pages, considerable hours spent writing & optimizing product pages wasted, and marketing efforts & money wasted advertising products that are now unavailable. I receive email notifications from Spocket pretty much weekly informing me of products that are now out of stock on my store or deactivated altogether. As you can imagine, this makes building and maintaining a sustainable product inventory very challenging and time-consuming. Imagine you're laying bricks to build the foundation of a building but every week someone is removing the bricks you've placed. How can you build upwards in these conditions? While Spocket as a dropshipping platform has decent functionality and UX, it is not optimized for your success as a retailer. It is a tangled web of disorganized product catalogs, shady supplier practices, frustrating customer service, misrepresentations by the platform, and comes with a high risk of losses to your revenue and profit margins as a result. While some might be the exception, 99% of Spocket dropshippers will not find the success they are looking for because the platform does not enable productivity due largely to supplier challenges including product quality, cost, availability, and reliability in addition to false representations made by Spocket themselves. To remain competitive online, your profit margins will be unsustainably low and any supplier errors will come out of your pocket. It is simply not a feasible goal to expect to create a sustainable dropshipping store with Spocket until some of these fundamentally flawed issues within the platform can be resolved. And after 5 years, I doubt they ever will be.

Can`t recommend! The worst platform I have used ever and I have tried them all! There is not even one thing working properly. Order fulfillment is a big disaster and the fees for shipping and transaction are so high that I have to increase the price so high that the customers wont buy. So I am spending on ads and on this platform a whooping 100 Bucks and I am not really sure for what here!!!! Even when checking the price suggestions. the suggested retail price is lower than when putting item cost, shipping cost and fees together. I don`t know which light bulb came up with that, but this is just ridiclious. From 10 Orders, 6 has been canceled and I am still awaiting my refund which they hold back. This is totally wrong Shipping cost from EU countryx to EU country is higher than any international shipping service would charge. A warehouse in Spain ships to the US for 8.99USD and to England for 5.99USD. Then the shipping cost from Spain to Germany which costs usually 4-6USD, is charged with crazy 18.99USD. No one actually cares what price is set and there is no real professionalism behind there!
