Not working properly. For many orders it's just not showing any tracking updates, although these updates are properly showing on all other tracking apps (like 17track.net). Customer service is dismissive. I'm paying for an app that's not working, but they maintain that they can't refund me because "the app is working". In the meantime I'm getting emails from customers saying that our tracking page is useless because they can't track their order.

Tracking More may not be the perfect app and has some small issues, what makes it great is the support provided by the team. Their willingness to go beyond what is expected makes them stand out. May 2026: Tracking More app is not working and updates are not showing correctly. Manual retrack required almost every time. Tickets not being closed and issue persists for almost 3 weeks now. If this continues, will need to find an alternative that works.

Incompetent support, the tracking tool sends delivery notification emails to my customers for orders that have not yet been shipped (apparently a postal code tracking issue). Customer service is unable to resolve this problem. I strongly advise against this application, especially if you are shipping your packages through French carriers (Mondial Relay, for example).

We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems (two shops) for a long time. Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for the moment, but the problem comes back again soon after. - Update: We finally received a thorough review of the app, and it is now functioning flawlessly. It's a great app; I just wish we had gotten the help sooner.

he app works well in theory, but we’re giving it 2 stars because the synchronization times are honestly unacceptable. USPS, DHL, and other carriers often take over 48 hours to update inside TrackingMore, which creates a terrible customer experience. These are domestic U.S. orders — updates should refresh every hour, or at least every 30 minutes, not every two days. We also noticed that the “Sync orders once” button doesn’t work as expected. It runs, but nothing actually updates. Even bulk retracking frequently fails to pull the latest status. Their own support team has confirmed that USPS and DHL syncs can take up to 48 hours, but that’s simply not realistic for high-volume stores. We were on their highest plan, yet in the last period the app became increasingly unreliable — tracking statuses wouldn’t update, manual syncs didn’t work, and overall visibility broke down. Because of this, we decided to leave TrackingMore. If you run a high-volume operation, TrackingMore is not a reliable partner right now. That said, I want to highlight that Ellyn, our assigned agent, was always kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help. She deserves 5 stars for her effort and attitude. Unfortunately, the company and the app itself deserve 1/5, due to ongoing technical issues that were never fully resolved. It’s a shame, because the platform has potential — but until these core problems are fixed, it’s very hard to trust it operationally.

I can't live without this app. Trackingmore's triggers for Klaviyo allow me to have ultra-personalized flows in real time so that customers can know all the shipping statuses of their orders; tracking page with no mention of Chinese cities or references to cities that could compromise the store's trust and image; highly customizable. I highly recommend it; I have this app in more than three stores now, with all the automations.

This is an excellent app that offers you real time legit Carrier associations and can extract historically your data. In my case I had few and I mean 2 as I'm doing as much to bring it up to scratch. Ich habe einige Tracking Apps hier ausprobiert. Für mich als Dropshipper hat sich TrackingMore als die beste Lösung dargestellt. Zum einen kann man seine Trackingseite individuell gestalten. Sie ist responsive und lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Das Besondere bei dieser App ist, dass man den ersten Carrier auf Wunsch komplett ausblenden kann, sodass der Kunde ausschließlich den Last Mile Carrier (Zusteller) angezeigt bekommt. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein überragender Vorteil gegenüber den anderen Trackern. Manche zeigen den Last-Mile Carrier GAR NICHT und der Kunde kriegt ausschließlich die Updates von den China-Carriern. Auch die Anpassung der einzelnen Statusupdates funktioniert super. Man kann ganze Phrasen wie "Import customs clearance started. Carrier note: Import clearance start" entweder komplett aus der Sendungsverfolgung entfernen oder sie durch eine beliebige Formulierung ersetzen. Ferner muss ich noch den Kundenservice hervorheben. Ich war mit der Auswahl an Schriftarten/Fonts nicht komplett zufrieden, da meine Corporate-Schriftart (Inter) gefehlt hat. Das Team hat meine Anfrage entgegengenommen und im Hintergrund binnen 2 Tagen die Schriftart implementiert. Hier war echt überrascht.

This app does exactly what it promises. A very efficient tracking way for our Swiss business clients. It offers a good level of language localization options as well as a very high level of personalization on the way the information are displayed on the tracking page. The support is also important and in the first 2-3 days of implementation both Victoria and Asha from the support team has been very responsive and quick in resolving a couple of challenges we had with CSS scripts. Do not support first mile + last mile trackings numbers on different carriers. If the tracking number is updated or change country no tracking number is available. Tracking history go back to start. Have you ever shipped inside Europe or from China to Europe with changing tracking numbers or changing tracking systems ?

While installing this app there was no restrictions on no of orders per month but somehow from past few months they have put a restriction of 100 orders/month. These updates are for new users but not for old users like us. I have started using other app for tracking this is the worst app that anyone can use, uninstalling it right away

I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

The app is just not providing real time carrier updates. Every time we get in touch with support they refresh the data to update the delivery status which defeats the purpose. Fair to say this issue has started over the past few months only.
