  1 stella assolutamente meritata. Uso questa app da due anni e per tutto questo tempo era completamente gratuita. Di punto in bianco hanno deciso di renderla a pagamento, ma non in modo uguale per tutti: applicano criteri diversi da negozio a negozio. Una scelta poco trasparente e sinceramente molto discutibile. La cosa che dà più fastidio non è il pagamento in sé, ma il modo in cui è stato gestito. Se decidete di cambiare modello, fatelo in modo chiaro e corretto per tutti, non creando trattamenti differenti senza una logica evidente. L’ho disinstallata subito e in pochi minuti ho trovato alternative migliori. Prima di pagare un abbonamento per un servizio di questo tipo consiglio di cercare altre app: il mercato è pieno di opzioni valide. Personalmente preferisco non dare soldi a un’azienda che tratta i propri utenti in questo modo. La fiducia si costruisce nel tempo e si perde molto velocemente.

I reported an accessibility issue detected by Google Lighthouse, and their support team quickly escalated it to the developers. They implemented a fix promptly and followed up until the issue was fully resolved. The app works well for language and currency switching, and the customer support is one of the best I’ve experienced on Shopify.
