I highly recommend this app! I needed to apply different tax rates to different products, which was quite complicated, but the app offers enough flexible options to adapt everything to my requirements. The technical support team has been amazing. They patiently worked through the problems I had accidentally created and resolved everything within my requested timeframe. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly recommend this app!

ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. I use this app to set custom rates, calculated and blended rates for products. It works so well, and makes it easy for me to only allow certain rates to show for certain products. Excellent customer support as well, very quick and helpful responses!! They are great!
