It is a really good app with extremely professional support. We are offramping from it purely for a technical reason specific to our store but would recommend them to everyone else. If you are stuck with WABA restriction issues, their team can definitely help you navigate the complicated Meta Support process. We've been using Zoko for the past several months to run our WhatsApp API and Instagram messaging, and it's become a core part of our daily operations. The support team is the biggest reason we'd recommend them, and Nishant in particular deserves a special mention. Onboarding was smooth and hands-on, and they've been quick to respond whenever we've hit a question or an issue. They also run Google Meet sessions where we can ask questions and learn about features we hadn't explored yet, which has been genuinely valuable. What stood out most recently was how Nishant handled a billing problem. One of our flows was consuming far more ops steps than we'd budgeted for because of a Google Sheets lookup that had to scan through thousands of rows. When we flagged it, they paused the flow immediately, explained clearly what was causing the cost, and worked through which parts of the flow we could simplify. Then they went further than we expected they reviewed our account history, found we'd been overcharged in earlier months too, flagged it to us themselves, and arranged a refund. They also brought our call forward by a day so we wouldn't be stuck with the flow paused. That kind of transparency is rare. The platform itself is powerful and has let us build workflows we didn't think were possible with Shopify alone. Our team has been able to work in a much more structured way as a result. They've also been genuinely open to feature requests, several of which they've acted on. Overall, one of the better software decisions we've made. Recommended for any Shopify merchant scaling up customer communication on WhatsApp and Instagram.

We’ve been using Zoko for the past 5–6 months to manage our WhatsApp API and Instagram messaging, and our experience has been excellent. The biggest highlight is their support team. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, and they guided us through every step with patience and expertise. Whenever we had questions or encountered an issue, they responded quickly and ensured everything was resolved without delay. One thing that truly sets Zoko apart is how seriously they take customer feedback. We’ve requested several features over the past few months, including managing Shopify orders directly from WhatsApp, a “Mark COD as Paid” option, WhatsApp calling, and several workflow improvements. Their team has been open to our suggestions and has actively worked on implementing them, which is something we rarely see from software providers. The platform itself is extremely powerful and feature-rich. It has enabled us to implement workflows that we initially thought were impossible or at least very difficult to achieve with Shopify or other platforms. Because of this, we’ve been able to build a much more structured operational workflow, improve team efficiency, and scale our business with greater confidence. Our support agents have had a smooth experience using the platform. On the rare occasion that we’ve encountered a bug or technical issue, the support team has resolved it quickly. We also appreciate that they offer Google Meet sessions where we can ask questions, learn about advanced features, and understand the best ways to use the platform. Those sessions have been extremely valuable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue improving the mobile experience. While the mobile app is useful, we find the desktop version much more convenient for day-to-day operations. That said, this is a relatively minor point compared to the overall value the platform provides. Overall, Zoko has been one of the best software investments for our business. Between its powerful feature set, responsive support, and willingness to continuously improve based on customer feedback, it’s a platform that we would confidently recommend to any Shopify merchant looking to scale customer communication through WhatsApp and Instagram.

Good product, they don't seem like bad people, but creating workflows is very slow, it takes a week to make them, and they don't work when they give them to you. They give them to you without testing them. You can wait a month or more for a custom workflow to work, even though they pay from day one, without using them. The app has potential, let's see if we can get it working.

First things first - Kudos to the great Zoko staff for providing an amazing customer experience right from onboarding until customer/technical support - Bharath, Vijith, Aaquib, Rahul and Ananthu. The app itself is versatile and easy to use, and ever since Shopify-segments have been integrated my broadcast's setup speed halved and outcome has doubled so good job on that as well. Next up would be easy to create flows as current method can get but tedious and doesn't often consider other active flows. In general, I don't usually write reviews, but here I had to! ZOKO's service is one of the best things I've ever encountered. They are always available for calls if you're not getting along, they are always available in chat and they solve problems, build flows that you request in a professional and efficient way and respond to any request you have! Muzaina took care of our company personally and continues to take care of everything that is needed, their service awareness is outstanding, the system has been working great for a month now, without any problems. The bot works great and the synchronization with Shopify is outstanding. ZOKO has both increased our business's sales with automations and also reduced a significant portion of our work thanks to the automations and automatic responses of their AI bots! In conclusion - if you are debating about a few companies, I did the research for you - you won't regret it! Also for our friends in Israel - their price is significantly lower (like 1000% cheaper) than Israeli companies prices, and yes - they support Hebrew!

Well Zoko team is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The automation flows were quite easy to build and the setup UI is quite user friendly too. Only reason to not continue is low delivery rate of marketing messages and no call recording offered. We've worked with multiple WhatsApp CRM's and finally landed on Zoko. It's been quite easy and straight-forward to use. We're also extremely impressed by their prompt customer service, which played a huge part in leading us to continue using Zoko. While there is a reply-to-message feature on Zoko, it doesn't show up as a reply for the client but more like a new message with their text copied on it. Although, I understand that Meta restricts a lot of features to be completely identical to WhatsApp. One suggestion I would also give is to incorporate the reacting feature to messages through Zoko, and also be able to see what reactions customers are leaving on our messages. Would be nice to have it mirror WhatsApp's features as closely as possible. But definitely it's the best, most convenient WhatsApp CRM we've used so far!

We have been using it for a long time to manage whatsapp, instagram and facebook messages. It allows us to have all three communications in one channel. If every company uses it with all its features, their teams will be very comfortable. However They recently changed their fees with an update. They did not give any information about this update. I always paid 2 or 3 months subscription fee. They integrated FLOWHIPPO into zokon and automatically started the streams, so 10-15 dollars were spent. And I saw other extra charges. AFTER MORE THAN 1 YEAR OF USE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE CHARGES CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!

I can't say good enough things about Zoko. This software is a marketing and customer service POWERHOUSE. Our Company was very lucky to find this app and we congratulate ourselves for implementing it a couple of months ago. It had always been very difficult for us to supervise our people in charge of Customer Support because all of them were using their own phones to carry on with their assignments. After implementing Zoko, we have been able to manage all the interactions with our customers in a centralized way, all under a single WhatsApp number and the supervision has became incredibly easy. Zoko also offers the possibility of defining roles and permissions which has proved to be a very valuable function. On top of that, Zoko's tool Flowhippo enabled us to automate a large number of operations in each of the several stores where we have implemented it. We are really very satisfied with it and will be implementing it in every new store. Finally we want to stress the fact that the service provided by Aaquib and all the team has helped us to implement both apps (Zoko and Flowhippo) in a very easy way. Without their help this process would have taken much more time and effort from us. So, overall, Zoko is a great app that has been a game changer.

I found Zoko as a result of long efforts and research and I really feel incredibly lucky. You can actively use all the customer tags you use in Shopify here as well. You can use tamplates. You can also automatically find and share your products by integrating them. My old review: "Zoko is costly compared to Wati. I started using Zoko for my D2C store. It was good. Then I used Wati for my B2B business. Comparatively, the amount of customization and flexibility we have on flows is more with Wati than Zoko. One more thing is 1000 conversations per month are free in WhatsApp. Just like that, Wati is also offering 1000 free platform conversations. But Zoko is charging for all the conversations. Now, I considered Freshmarketer, which is way more powerful and cheaper than Zoko. Do not choose Zoko. Go for either Wati or Freshmarketer. I'm planning to move to Wati or Freshmarketer soon." For this review, they have blocked my access to my dashboard without any update from their end. I've cleared all the bills! I'll take this to the Shopify app store.

With more other services, you don’t have a fantastic chat dashboard that allows multiple agents at the same time, streamlined functionalities for sending individual & bulk messages, ability to tag and categorise users to any extend you’d like, and personalise messages to each user. Plus, the customer support team is fantastic. They are ready to help you at any time including weekends and off-hours. As far as the app is concerned it definitely has helped me grow. Helped me in recovering abandoned orders. Hoping for it work more as I am going to start sending broadcasting messages.

I would like to say, from installing the apps on shopify and then the team brief me on google meet, all are perfect. They pay attention to very details that I may come across, e.g. they speak very slow to make sure I really understand. Also, they check on me several times to see if I am using it well. Though the apps its a bit expensive and i also take some times to consider, it totally worth after using for 1 month and more. Good job !
