Hi, I want to connect your app with my Shopify store for order confirmation. Everything is already set up, but the tags are not showing in the Shopify Orders section. I want to see which customers have confirmed their orders and which customers have cancelled them. I also contacted WhatsApp support, but I haven’t received any response. The “Use the product image from each order” feature is not working correctly. When this option is enabled, the actual product image from the Shopify order is not displayed in the WhatsApp message. Instead, it only shows a generic placeholder image. This is an important feature for our workflow, since customers should be able to immediately identify the product associated with their order. Please investigate and fix this issue. The option is available and can be enabled, but it currently does not work as expected.

In order management it is missing an option to send a message for local pick up. Something like - Your order #1234 is ready to be picked up at this and this location + opening hours. Currently it sends a message that says "Your order has been shipped", which customers find confusing.

Our account was permanently banned from using anything related to WhatsApp after using this app. We thought it would use any kind of consent given by the customer, but it didn’t. Instead, it sent confirmation messages to any customer with a phone number, even without their consent. Customers apparently flagged these messages, which were sent by WhatsApp’s own Shopify app. As a result, we were permanently excluded by META from WhatsApp for spam. We’ve been fighting with various support teams, but none of them have understood the cause of this issue or attempted to resolve it. If you’re from the EU, please do not use this app ever!

The app works great for what it does: sending transactional notifications. But other than that, it doesn't help much, unfortunately. You need 2 more main things implemented: - broadcasting - abandoned cart / checkout automations ...and then the app wil be 5-stars. Until then, only 3-stars for being extremely basic. Also, all the contacts show as unknown number (not sure if their name is supposed to show, probably not, but it would be good if customers were matched with the Shopify customer database via their phone number).

Necesito ayuda para resolver un problema relacionado con las notificaciones de WhatsApp conectadas a mi tienda Shopify. Actualmente, los clientes están recibiendo mensajes duplicados para un mismo evento. Por ejemplo, una notificación de "Pedido entregado" se envía varias veces al mismo cliente para el mismo pedido y el mismo número de rastreo, aun cuando Shopify registra un único evento. Ya revisamos nuestra configuración y realizamos las validaciones básicas sin encontrar la causa del problema. Adicionalmente, hemos intentado buscar soporte para este caso, pero no hemos encontrado un canal claro de atención ni una forma de contactar directamente con un especialista que pueda revisar los registros técnicos y ayudarnos a identificar el origen de los mensajes duplicados. Agradeceríamos que nos indicaran cuál es el canal correcto para atender este tipo de incidencias o que nos pusieran en contacto con el equipo correspondiente para investigar el problema. We're a small business. Prior to installing I was able to use broadcasts for my business. After installing I can no longer access broadcasts or even find a paid way to send out marketing comms at scale from Whatsapp. I'm likely to just remove this Whatsapp integration. It does automate customer order updates, so that's nice, but it's not helping me grow my business.

This app is absolutely silly with how it handles verification and trying to assume things on your behalf. Honestly their isn't enough space or time to go through how bad the experience is. It took six months to finish verifying and approved and it still doesn't work and can't verify the number on this app. Edit: This is a must use app for us unfortunately which is why we tolerate it, if there was any alternative we would use it.

La usiamo da poco ma devo dire che siamo molto soddisfatti, i clienti ci ricontattano spesso su whatsapp per informazioni o assistenza e devo dire che è molto meglio delle email per questo. Metto 4 stelle solo perchè sarebbe perfetto poter integrare (anche a pagamento) la possibilità di usare i modelli di Whatsapp Manager, sia per il marketing che per info ordini ecc.
