  If you’re looking for an all-in-one wholesale solution for Shopify, look no further than YMQ B2B & Wholesale Solution. From my experience: the app works exactly as promised. It allows you to designate customers for wholesale access, hide or show different pricing, apply bulk or quantity-based discounts, enforce minimum and incremental orders, and even manage tax/VAT rules. Before this app, we were either lacking wholesale functionality or paying far too much for apps that did only half the job. This truly covers the full spectrum of wholesale requirements while keeping things within our existing store. Additionally, the support staff are friendly, professional and quick to respond.   We installed this app to manage B2B pricing on a Shopify store selling across Europe. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with discount recalculation during checkout. The app applies B2B pricing using a discount. The discount is calculated correctly at first, but when Shopify updates the product price during checkout (for example when the customer changes the shipping country or enters a valid EU VAT number), the discount does not recalculate. As a result, the final price becomes incorrect. Example: France → product price 26.90 €, discounted price 7.68 €. Customer changes country to Portugal → Shopify updates the product price to 27.58 €, but the discount remains based on the original price. The developer confirmed the issue but said they do not plan to fix it. Because of this, the app is not reliable for EU stores using Shopify Markets, VAT changes, or VAT-exempt B2B customers.

  I cannot say enough good things about YMQ B2B & Wholesale Solution. Our wholesale channel used to be cumbersome: manual pricing spreadsheets, customer lists, and special orders. With this app, we created a wholesale registration form, auto-tagged approved customers, set wholesale pricing and quantity rules automatically, and streamlined the process end-to-end. Our turnover of wholesale orders has grown significantly because the process feels professional to the customer and manageable for us internally. On top of that, the actual setup was intuitive and the UI is clean. Whenever we have had questions, the support team was quick to respond and very helpful—whether it was a minor UI tweak or a more complex scenario.   Ich habe eine App gesucht mit der ich bestimmten Kunden oder Gruppen einen Rabatt geben kann. Mit dieser App lässt sich das hervorragend und einfach realisieren. Sie hat noch so viel mehr zu bieten was ich mir erst alles noch genauer ansehen muss. Fragen an den Support werden ebenfalls schnell beantwortet. Was will man mehr. Von mir gibt es jetzt schon 5 Sterne Ich reduziere auf 2 Sterne: 5 weiterhin für die App - mit dem Craft Theme hat sie hervorragend funktioniert, 0 Sterne für den Service, der nicht da war wenn man ihn braucht. Nach 12 Stunden Wartezeit wurde ich nur gefragt ob ich die App auch eingeschaltet hatte, nachdem ich via Shopify Support, der zuvor ebenfalls das Problem untersucht hatte, mich an den Support con ymq b2b gewendet hatte. Danach keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Schade ! Die App scheint mit dem CONCEPT theme von ROAR inkompatibel zu sein. Info am Rande - die neue App die ich verwende, ebenfalls kostenlos - hatte das gleiche Problem, welches innerhalb von 20 Minuten gelöst war. Also: Die App ist super, der Support, zumindest in meinem Fall ungenügend.
