How to pick between them
A ranking tells you which loyalty apps other merchants kept. It cannot tell you which one fits your store. These are the things that actually separate them:
- Referral pays on acquisition, points pay on retention, store credit pays on returns. Picking the wrong one is how a store concludes loyalty does not work.
- Page speed is the leading complaint at 14.1% against a 5.6% platform baseline. The launcher loads on every page, including the ones first-time visitors see.
- Billing complaints run 12.6% against a 16.4% baseline - below norm. This shelf bills fairly.

- Points are a liability. If you cannot export the balances, switching means either honouring what you cannot see or breaking a promise to customers.
